Hi guys,

Ahhh, this month's being so stressful! Maybe you remember I had been having problems with my computer a few months ago and I lost some of my work, yada yada. I thought I solved that but my computer had been acting up lately. It crashed when I tried to play any PC game, but I though, OK, this way I won't get distracted and I will spend all my time working on GGGB. So I can't have fun but at least I can be more productive lol. But the other day the computer just suddenly died while I was drawing. Thankfully this time I haven't lost any work, but I was without a working computer for a couple days, and I have to completely replace it.

So what does this means? Delays... You know how much I hate being off schedule, and I hope to have my new computer up and running by Friday (worst case scenario next Monday).  As if working on these last updates hasn't been hard enough, managing all the story threads and variables... These next 2 weeks will be madness.

That's why I wanted to inform you v0.28 will probably come with some delay. I'll try to get as close as my usual schedule, but I don't want to rush too much and mess things up (and I'm struggling to keep my focus with the stress).

So yeah, that's it, I'll try to deliver the goods as soon as possible, but it will probably take a bit longer than usual. Sorry and I hope you can forgive me!

Not your fault the computer went kaplooie.

Did something change, do $1 patrons get the new release? Its been out for bout two weeks

Breadloaf

Take your time and don't stress as much. I'm a patron because I want you to work for a long time, and not burn out. Constant crunch time is actually detrimental to your output, so it's better (produce more, and with higher quality) to work 6-8 hours every day!

I pick option 3, It's not okay, but I would rather be informed than just left wondering. You've got to do what you've got to do.

CassietheFriendlySuccubus

Even "triple Aaaaa" video game companies with thousands of employees still have delays, so it's normal that a one-person development team would have them too. These things happens. So yeah, don't crunch. Crunch is abuse and it never leads to a good product. Your long-term health is more important than the monthly deadline. Delay it a couple weeks, skip a month if you need to. As long as the delays are the exception rather than the rules, and as long as you keep being communicative, we patrons will understand

Relax, bruh. Shit happens. That’s life, no need to stress about it. I’m sure everyone is happy to way a bit longer, it’s not going to kill us haha. Take it easy.

FRsinewave

It’s your game. A darn good one. So you can release as you see fit the way I see it. Work as you can and don’t stress about it. No need for any explanation why imo.

Jax

Get an external Hard drive and backup your work daily. Saved my ass on more than one occasion.

Vasadariu

I feel offended for you that someone actually chose the second optiion.

Adamska

Your work is amazing and will totally be worth the wait!

Ranger of Goth

Waiting is not a problem. Especially when you are transparent about the reason.

Raveline

It's ok, take all time you need.

BrightHeart

*rolls up sleeves* now where are the 2% that say you are a pathetic developer.

hip

I didn't even know you had any kind of shedule:) good luck!

Novamarauder

You have my sympathy, and we can wait for your sorry hardware trouble to be sorted. Just out of curiosity, how is it possible to do any work at all in your field w/o a working computer??

Eva Kiss

You guys are awfully nice, thank you :)

Do you have more of an idea what you're going to do when you complete this game? I'g guessing take a much deserved break, but then what?
