I believe Suga discovered (with his heart) to be appreciative of himself recently, that even if you want to be better on something, you can recognize all the effort up to now. And because of that enlightenment moment, he is more happy and at peace with himself. He is living the best moment in his live, so he feel the need to share this discovery with his brothers, specially those who are very hard on themselves.

JK has really grown into himself, definitely seems more confident and at ease with who he is, not that he was unhappy before, but you can see slight positive changes in him.
