i never paid attention to how nonsense that bridge scene was.... dude could have just grabbed a ship. but it would look cooler cinematically i guess to move a bridge? which he had up in the air.... with all the other mutants basically right behind him so when he dropped that shit and stayed floating in the air that was a considerable drop..... but yea everyones fine. then yup.... instant transition from the middle of the day to night time? wtf.....

36:10 So in the comics, instead of class 5, the super power-full mutants are called omega level mutants. They have no upper limits to their powers. Jean grey, iceman and magneto are on that scale.

Finally!! Been waiting for this one! Yo, Woolz, side note here. But since you really enjoy space movies with an elite cast.. maybe check out "Life" with Jake Gyllenhaal and Ryan Reynolds. Excellent movie! Also I hope you have Lord of the Rings on the watchlist at some point. Cinema perfection!!

The X men trilogy never showed cyclops love like in the comics. He always seemed cool when watching the movies but they never did him justice. He’s basically the captain America of the x men. If you ever get to it watch X-men 97’, the animated show. It’s not needed for avengers doomsday but it’s a great watch.

Dude when u finish these movies u should watch the original animated xmen series and then react to xmen ‘97. Although the movies are great they don’t show u the potential of the xmen compared to the comics and that show, especially with certain characters like Scott and Rogue

Dude, you have no idea how many people are hoping to see that battle: Jean vs. Wanda. They're both extremely powerful and a match between the two of them will be something to see. And I hope they'll have that battle in Doomsday or Secret Wars(More likely Secret Wars). It's funny that you've mentioned Wanda because she's Magneto's daughter along with Pietro being his son in the comics.

You need to watch X Men origins Wolverine next. Then First Class, The Wolverine, Days of Future Past, Deadpool 1 and 2, then Logan. Apocalypse and Dark Phoenix are in there as well, between DOFP and Logan but they are kinda ass ngl

Yeah, this movie is my least favorite of the 3. At the time, I never considered the comparison between Jean and Wanda. But now that you mention it, I can see it. They probably did do it on purpose which explains why Jean would even side with Magneto. However, what they did not explain in this movie too well is that Jean Grey is essentially what is known as the Phoenix. It is not a dual personality, but that's the story they went with for the movie. I'm still waiting for an accurate representation of what the Phoenix is really suppose to be one day. Same for Storm, because she is supposed to be more powerful than how they've been portraying her in the films. Cyclops also needs a redemption. They really screwed him over in this movie. And the guy with the wings is called Angel. Next in release order is X-Men Origins: Wolverine. However, I am really looking forward to the X-Men First Class trilogy. They helped revitalize the popularity of the franchise at the time. They act somewhat as a soft reboot. Regardless, we have not seen the end of the story of these characters that we just watched these past 3 movies. As you will see, X-Men tends to have some pretty crazy stories. I'm curious to see how Marvel will handle their own property now that they've finally got the movie rights back again.

This movie blows! It's just such a rushed semi-conclusion to this group of movies. It was like Fox got pissed at Bryan Singer for leaving the franchise and decided to just end it with Brett Ratner at the helm. They just kill Cyclops immediately because James Marsden agreed to do Superman Returns with Bryan Singer. Then kill Professor X and Jean for closure. Add in a so-so story, terrible dialogue and you get one of the worst X-Men movies.
