Suga saw his parents in the crowd for the first time because they never supported his career choice before. If you want to see him coming out of his shell you need to react to SOPE which is Suga and J-Hope with Jimin they are known to biker a lot other compilations show that side really well which is hilarious but with J-Hope he lean into his extrovert side which is surprising. Only JHope can make it happen 😂

Yes they give off the vibes of the kinda couple where the husband is grumpy and quiet while the wife is fun and bubbly; but they love each other to pieces lol. 😂 Also Yoongi is the type to move in silence, his affection is subtle but also very genuine.

Yoonmin are my fave. There are many great moments of them, but if you avoid the shipping ones, there isn’t much to choose from. He cried because he saw his parents in the audience, publicly supporting him in person for the first time. My fave Yoonmin moments are when Suga praises Jimin in public, he is very vocal about his support and pushes Jimin with his music. He is also a little protective of Jimin, there is a video of Suga shielding Jimin from a crowd at the airport. They hold hands a lot 😊 I would like you to see more of them but the compilations are Meh. I will keep an eye out. Ty!!

From what I remember reading they did support him when he was signed and getting ready to debut. They were unsupportive of his underground time during high school because they wanted him to focus and get a stable career. By this point his parents were big fans. BTS thought the Olympic stadium was the highest achievement, and his parents watching him proudly made him emotional.

My favorite Yoonmin interaction is on the show DdeunDdeun’s show Pinggyego. They both came on for a casual interview and Jimin was so nervous and Suga explained to them all about Jimin and how he interacts and kind of spoke for him like he is the outgoing one. It was super cute and Jimin was adorable and shy. Suga was not the one in his shell. I will find it with captions.

That is a mistranslation, he loves them he said that in response to the maknaes missing their parents. He said it more to say he’s past that. I also think he says stuff like that because the maknaes were minors when they left and he is saying “I’m fine, you will be too, I don’t miss mine”. Tough guy.

Yes the tone is lost in translation in that AHL clip. He said it more like “im not a homesick child etc”. Like he’s not sad and missing them. I don’t miss people too much either lol so I can relate. Probably why Yoongi is my bias, Lol Im a tough cookie.

He really loves his parents and is close with them but in the beginning, before he was signed they did't want him to go down that career path out if fear. I believe that was the first show his parent went to so obviously he was overwhelmed with emotion. He had overcome so much. He had already been through so much by that point.

You guys already know that Jimin is a team cheerleader but so is Yoongi, just in a more subtle backbone kinda way. I mentioned before that I understood why you didn't connect with Yoongi at first cuz I didn't either. He was the last one to brake through for me. What did it was a convo he had with Jimin in the tour bus. Jimin was struggling with his insecurities about his voice and Suga, in the most calming and generous way said something like, "I really enjoy your voice." And, you could see the happiness and pride in Jimin's eyes. Knowing his perfectionism it was just so kind and you could tell Suga meant it. He doesn't say what he doesn't mean. That's when I fell for that man as a person. He gives the same encouragement to all the members and is so proud of them.
