Love the channel but how can we act like Alicent is the only victim? Rhaenyra was also pushed on high Lords at a young age. And can you go back and watch 1x7 around the 10:00-15:00 mark, when the King first misspoke Alicent’s name. She gave a look that implied she knew the king’s mind was slipping and would use it to her advantage.

I'm still team black but I will admit that this was fucked up... the whole show is fucked up really but if we're looking for someone to blame this episode, let's all point to Daemon... Daemon made the decision he made. This was never what Rhaenyra wanted. What she wanted was justified and valid (Aemond). Just as none of this was what Alicent wanted, she never even wanted to be Queen but Otto and Aemond been making bad decisions for team green just as Daemon has for team black. THE WHOLE SHOW IS ABOUT BAD PEOPLE MAKING FUCKED UP DECISIONS THAT NEITHER ALICENT NOR RHAENYRA WANTED.

House Of The Dragon 🐉!!!!! 😎. I'm Team Black, but that scene at the end was extremely wow. It kinda reminded me of that Red Wedding scene from Game Of Thrones. Now we saw even more why we saw that kid being shown like that at the beginning playing around at the table during the meeting. Daemon is gonna have some explaining to do. It isn't Alicent's fault that she is mistaken, but she WAS grossly mistaken. Viserys was delirious on his death bed and we all (except Alicent) know who he was referring to when he said Aegon. And it wasn't her lazy ass son. He's just a footnote in Westerosi history. And if it wasn't Aegon the conqueror then it had to be Jon Snow/Daenerys in a vision that maybe he was having on his death bed. If Alicent was a good person she wouldn't of let the counsel usurp the thrown. She would of told Aegon to stand down but she didn't because she's not a good person. Her own son knows she's a hypocrite and a fool. Sure Alicent doesn't want violence who does? But she's still not giving up the throne. So a lot of this is still her fault too.
