I was laughing cause I knew he made the little girl dragon riding thing but he did not lie about Aemond wanting his sister. when they were at drift mark at Lena’s funeral they were looking at her and aegon was like we have nothing in common Aemond says he would wed her and do his part and strengthen there blood or something like that

Waiting two whole years for daemon tripping balls every episode is tough. HBO trying their best justifying why Matt Smith is their highest paid actor on the show and this material they’ve thrown in our faces is an insult. So much other characters we could have uncovered but wasting 30% of each episode on hallucinations is sick business. I cancelled my MAX subscribtion. Will stick to pirating their series from now on.

I'm with you, show needs a spark. Things need to start happening. Imagine the best fight scene we've seen was the kids fight scene in S1 lol. The shows has shown zero battles/wars and zero swords fights. Makes all these male characters seem like they can't fight lmao. They can't hold a light to GoT's characters, ESPECIALLY daemon. Good thing is this show is still redeemable, it's not all gone, they still easily turn it around. Also btw I'm hearing the boys finale is pretty crazy, it's done till like 2027. Not sure if u said you're gonna wait till the finale to watch it

E keeps spoiling everything man, why is he so adamant the blonde hair black girl is going to get a dragon, the show didn't elude to it until they showed us there's another dragon roaming around besides seasmoke. Clearly he's been watching videos outside of the main show, just to show that he can predict shit too, its really sad. E just be you bro, we all cant have high IQ, some people gotta suffer. Season one had more things happening in it than this one and thats wild. And that freaking kiss at the end...i actually sensed that sheet was gonna happen like 2-3 episodes back, but I was really hoping that I would be wrong...but I wasn't. Like Sad said, it's trash, fanservice, and forced af. It's pandering. That crap was COMPLETELY unnecessary in every sense of the word and I'm so glad that a good chunk of the viewers knew that and have a problem with it. Anyway, solid reaction fellas 👍

I never ride with Eman but he definitely took the W on all of yall. If her saying "why didn't you tell me it was HIM, who saved you from your watery death AND I know who he is. He should be risen up and honored not hidden. I immediately assumed he was his bastard child. And I never read a house of dragons book or anything in my life.

Decent episode. I don’t mind corlys bastard becoming a dragon rider. Rather him be one then the other dude who got burnt. Other dude sounded loyal but would’ve looked weak on a dragon. The Daemon stuff is the only thing I hate in this show. He needs to do something or just die. I feel they are trying to stretch it out instead of just going to war because this book that it’s based off is much smaller than the game of thrones books. That’s why they already got a new spinoff releasing next year.

I don't mind it either, & if he doesn't have targaryan blood he can still claim a dragon in my opinion cause he has valerian blood. (Velaryons & Targaryans are from old valeria, I'm just assuming targaryans weren't the only dragon riders from old valeria, they stated the targaryans brought the dragons to westeros, it wasn't stated that only targaryans was the only people with valerian blood that could ride them)

It was heavily implied that Alan and the brother are Corlys’s bastard sons. His reaction of hanging his head in shame at “I know who he is Corlys” was pretty obvious. Also, He and Rhaenys still think their gay son, Laenor is dead. She now knows he has other male heirs, albeit bastards, but it made her decision easier at the end of episode 4. Seasmoke was Laenor’s dragon too.

I haven’t read the books, it just seemed pretty apparent. Given the awkward encounters between Corlys and Alan from before, it seemed logical. He doesn’t want to prop him up because it forces him to acknowledge what he did.

Hey Jody thanks for the epic reactions and discussions. I agree the last two episodes have been slower. I think because Aegon and Sunfyre got hurt it slowed the Greens down. I’m confident the next two episodes will pick up. Aemond is scheming. Rheanyra and the White Worm are teaming up in new and sexy ways. If Eman’s prediction is correct that Daemon’s daughter can get the wild Dragon at the Vale it’s over for the Greens. Oh and speaking about Eman, Jody I been impressed with Eman’s “predictions”. He seems to be very focused and sharp on Sunday’s nights. I look forward to more of your reactions and to see how accurate Eman is with the show

I feel the show is going out of their way to make daemon seem incompetent. In the books he is a legendary sword fighter and a great leader of men(military wise) he just doesnt really like court stuff. I dont understand why they are writing daemon like he cant gather the riverland lords. I feel they wanted to make him struggle to gather the armies and instead of coming up with interesting ways it can be hard to do so, they just made him stupid. Why the hell is he in harrenhal barely accomplishing anything. So frustating.

Is it me or is it crazy everything Alicent did to Rhaenyra is coming back to her? Like in this episode she got cut on her left arm just like she cut her at driftmark after aemond lost an eye. Then when she took her birth right just for being a woman to having the small council shoot her claim down for being a woman. You could say her losing her grandson was like the queen losing her son crazy thought haven’t seen anyone bring it up

What surprised me is that no one else caught it, and to me, it was plain as day what they were referring to.
