The first one probably felt more real because namjoon is more open than jimin is. Jimin gives bits & pieces but keeps all the personal details from the camera while namjoon will just spill. That’s also probably why they didn’t film in Jimins apartment the way they did in joons. He doesn’t like showing his home either☠️ very valid tho, they’re just 2 different ppl. The editing never really bothers me because we don’t know what got cut out and why so there’s no point in wondering about it. The clips we do get are still their words.

I'm sorry that I have to say this, but I'm quite disappointed. First of all, you should have listened to the album and then watched this video, but that's not an issue so much. However, you did not really seem to pay attention, especially Kion. He was more interested in what food or drinks were on the table, how RM crossed his arms (he was wrong) and making fun of his outfit. Really. Second, it's normal to edit a video, it was not a livestream. I learned a lot from their discussion and it didn't bother me that it was edited by the production; I could still hear them describing the songs or their feelings in their own words. You were going on and on about it being edited, instead of listening to them and Kion distracted you as well. Jimin and RM WERE talking about 'Who' which is the title track of the album. Also, by that time Jimin had already talked about him not remembering the last time he had a crush and RM shook his hand. You totally missed that. Finally, Eman is made fun of all the time, especially by Kion - I feel like they can't really stand each other, so I'm not really enjoying the interaction. I know you, Jody, and Eman banter, but I can tell you two like each other. I don't feel the same with Kion, so it rather bothers me now and it's getting old too. And because you were so into mocking him about buying food for him or some story, you missed the most beautiful part that RM said about Jimin and their relationship! I like you guys, I've been here since you first listened to BTS and I've watched all your BTS reactions. Honestly, though, I didn't enjoy this. I hope the next one will be better. 💜

Jody when they did RM album they was in RMs house. And since Jimin is more private than RM I can understand why they had this kinda of setting for them.

You guys crack me up😂 That 'how low can you go' segment was too funny!!😂😂 I get the points EMAN was making from the start. JiMin is nervous (and as he said himself, embarrassed sharing his album). He's quite shy and reserved and I believe a very private person. Even when he used to go on lives he would be shy by himself so a lot of times he'd have someone with him. He had a lot of fun making this album but struggled writing lyrics cos he said it's been so long since he's had a crush on anyone. To which RM immediately relates and shakes his hand😆 I'm with you, when RM said those sweet (factual) things about JiMin I loved it!! He knows JiMin has lacked self confidence and those reassuring words mean a lot. Especially when he said JiMin is the person he loves and trusts the most, that was beautiful! I personally didn't get the obsession with the food on the table but when it kept coming up all I thought was that you guys should watch Suga's show 'Suchwita' cos there's a whole lot of eating going on in that😆 By the way you are absolutely correct about the surname, it's the same in S.Korea as it is in Japan. So whoever "corrected" you is totally wrong. All in all thanks so much for this reaction video!! Like I've said before, I love that I get only sincere and honest reactions from you guys, no fake love😉🙌

the conspiracy theories are killing me. if we think for a second we can presume that they listened to the album fully with a couple immediate comments, and then talked more deeply about each track once they listened to the album in full. you guys paid more attention to the CUP than what they were saying. when they were talking about who and you said they weren’t.. they most definitely were. jimin was talking about what who meant and how he planned for the music video to be.

i promise if jimin wanted to shoot this more ‘intimately’ in his home the way namjoon did he would have. but he didn’t shoot it in his home. probably because he didnt want to. you guys are always saying how the company edits them and they cant do or say what they want. do you think it was the company choice to shoot in namjoons home and not jimins??? if we think for 2 seconds we would realise it was their own choice. they are not puppets.

Sorry to say, I'm not gonna watch this one after reading the comments. Jody, I LOVE you and your channel, PLEASE understand that. You're one of my favorite BTS reactors because I know you're genuine. HOWEVER, most of the time that Kion is invovled, he is SO DISTRACTING and doesn't even pay attention to the written dialogue. The other patrons are right...we are here and pay monthly (and some of us are struggling single mothers) because we hope to see you, Jody, learn as much as you can about BTS and grow your love and understanding of them. If you want to continue to involve Kion, please give him a talking to...the reaction is supposed to be just that...a reaction to what is viewed on the screen...not him arguing with and hating on E-man.

Just want to add that I could've easily been put off watching because of the comments on here😬 Hopefully people still watch because I mean that's what we're here for, your reactions. But one thing I do agree with is that it seems like you guys have a very negative assumption about their company. BTS wouldn't be as big as they are now if they had a company controlling them in the way you think they are being controlled or restricted. Maybe that's true for other groups but not for BTS. What set them apart from other groups from the beginning is the creative licence/freedom they were given. And that's what made them so accessible and relatable, and gave them the ability to resonate with so many around the world. Also they do have a lot of unedited content like whenever they go live. A lot of their lives are easily found on weverse or YouTube if you like unedited content😊

I've been learning from BTS how to take hard comments. LOL. Ironic right? I just try to be more like the way RM responded to that DJ that called him a girl because he is in BTS. And how sweet Jimin is. It hurts that I get comments like that sometimes, but I understand why. Just shows I have more growing to do. Thanks for totally understanding how I feel!

We are here to give context if needed and enjoy watching the videos with you and your friends. I know that you love BTS and watching their content. I agree with some comments, but some are also a little harsh. I enjoyed the reaction!! I'm glad that you watched this video (even if you didnt read every single thing they said) 🤍. Just a heads up, SUGA's show, Suchwita, also has high quality editing to make it like a real talk show. Apart from BTS, other artists and famous actors also come to his show for an interview. He said they usually record 2 to 3 hours to make a 30min episode. Just so you know.

I am seeing a concerning trend of kpop stans subscribing to reactor Patreons and being so disrespectful and condescending or even demanding in their comments with the justification of they have that right because they are paying. Like you all are often wrong and loud in that wrongness but when corrected with evidence you course correct quickly. So just know it is not just you all. Even people who are longer fans as reactors are even being told things like how they should stop editing their videos in certain ways so they can get them out faster. You all started to meet BTS with more raw media like their travel shows and In the Soop so when you see something more sanitized it seems jarring to you all. So you comment on how it feels a bit off to you. Even as a debut day ARMY this video was enjoyable but felt very corporate and more formal which is fine. There were genuine sweet moments in it. I did laugh at how none of you suggested that in the edits and takes they could be refilling that glass. Look by now I think it is very clear that all 3 of you respect or love BTS for different reasons. You also are learning to love them instead of just fanboying over them and when you start to see people like homies you become protective if you see something seems off or awkward. Especially as you all learn about the cultural differences and industry over in Korea. Again this is a journey and you all just seemed a bit worried about this presentation of the boys because not all the media they put out matches the vibes of various audience members. You were still supportive and watched it. You listen to their music. It is okay to enjoy BTS in a way that is genuine to you.

I second this!! And Jody and Kion also touched on the fact that SUGA or the members are not controlled by the label or executives at this point in their carreer. So they know it's not a puppetshow, it's just that the level of editing makes them curious as to why. We should see it as a discussion we can keep going, instead of harshly shutting down any ideas or thoughts they have.

The boys themselves say that they have to be aware of what they say. It comes with their status and influence. Like Jimin can't full out be negative about the military service coming up, even if he clearly looks like he doesn't like to go. Ofcourse, in their music they let loose when they want. But even SUGA, who's very raw in his music, conciously didnt tell us what people he cursed at in "What Do You Think". The boys hold back due to their status and influence. It's a fact. But they are also conciously trying to change their position and standards, just little by little. Like RM saying "im not a fcking diplomat" in his song.

Jody, I know you want to see more unedited, uncut scenes, but besides the fact that Jiminie doesn’t like to share much about his personal life, there’s another important reason. Personal comments can easily be taken out of context and lead to harmful misunderstandings. Many people are waiting to twist things and to attack BTS or Jiminie (by anti-fans or K-netizens). A good example is Festa 2022, when BTS cried and told us they would take a break from group activities to focus more on solo work. However, news articles turned it negative, saying BTS was disbanding, which caused public confusion until BTS had to officially clarify that they were only taking a break and focusing on solo work. I really like the MMM show with Mini and Moni. I enjoy how they encourage each other, laugh together when talking about albums, and feel relieved after dark times, as RM shared. That’s enough. They don’t want to share more personal things, and I understand that and love them. It’s better for them this way.

I'm so sorry that some people are being so mean :( I think it's because there is a lot of us here but Idk why people cant distinguish constructive criticism and just being rude. It's not that hard to give you guys the benefit of the doubt. I will say that I agree with the few comments giving you good information about their sense of privacy, though. It's hard to gauge especially because you haven't seen a lot of the unedited content between the members so don't worry! I think you would really enjoy their weverse lives! Theyre unscripted (especially JK's at 4am lol) and its super fun. I hope you remember that the true army are all here for you and only want to help you :) we appreciate all the work that goes into these long hours.

For me, ARMY is something you are a part of when BTS mentions the people that love and support them and have their back. People can claim to be ARMY but being purple blooded isn't something you say, it is something you prove by being genuine and grounded in your support of these amazing young men. I know many people who are ardent supporters of BTS and have been for years but never online tell people they are ARMY because it has been watered down to become synonymous with 'obsessive fan' which has been shown to be hard on the guys as well. Just know, we get it and we see it and when you watch a video and BTS says 'we love you ARMY and thank you' they are talking to the real ones like you all. Keep being you, keep growing and keep glowing.

I really enjoy your reactions and appreciate your opinions. Not everyone will agree with the same things and that's okay. What brings us all together is our love and appreciation for BTS.

I unsubscribed a few months back becuz your reactions were making me a bit too angry. I came back to see a whole different Jody. I feel so proud of your growth. Not only are you more calm and collected in the reaction but you are a completely different person in the comments. I am honestly lost for words. Personally the editing has never bothered bcuz thats how almost all interviews are edited. And Jimin, I feel like is not anxious but vulnerable. And its only natural. He is baring a bit of himself to the world. Jimin who is extremely private, who won't talk about himself, who has no social media presence.. This sweet kind gentle soul is opening up just a little and I am glad its with Namjoon. I think they both understand, appreciate and adore each other.
