I think the confusion comes in where you guys are saying that BTS issues that they spoke on in festa 22 were solely because of bang PD....There was so much going on within that label and amongst the members personally that we will never know. I think you guys give bang PD too much credit tbh...The type of control y'all think he had over bts may have existed in the early years, but definitely not in later years. Not to say that he isn't trash....but the things that they had going on went way past Bang PD.

.

Yeah he isn’t even the ceo of their company anymore and hasn’t been for a while now

April Forgue

Hip-hop phile was released in 2014. You can't go by lyric video upload. You should do a RM first mix tape reaction he use to be very aggressive in his style as you saw in this. I think you will change your mind a little more about Bang PD if you continue your rise of Bangtan series just like how your opinion changed on Suga.

Chia Sano

(Quick note Hip-Hop lover came out in 2014, the video you watched was just uploaded 5 years ago, the song is older) - Life has been so busy I didn't get to weigh in on that comment from that reaction. It...was so confusing to me because I don't know why anyone would like try to defend that man so hard. So by the time 2022 Festa came out, Bang PD was already trying to make money moves and create the 'next bts' (not his words but media sarcasm) and running/hosting/judging on reality shows for new groups to be made. Alot of OG Army acknowledge how and what Bang PD did in the early days to actually put the group together and trust them to find their place...but are very hypercritical of all the corporate pressure that started to be put on BTS as the group. Lets be honest, most have no love for that man especially with the stuff he's been up to lately. While Bang PD was not calling the shots, he did set the company up to become something that ultimately commercialized BTS in a way that put so much social pressure on them that BTS has to bear more than Bang PD. So while like...I don't think all of BTS's issues come from Bang PD. I think he knows BTS brought in the money he can live off for the rest of his life, but he is out there making deals with the devil and trying to find his next lightening in a bottle. He is not the one that made them do Dynamite and pump out all English pop hits and downplay the hiphop roots...however he is not innocent in being on board with changing the direction of the group and benefiting from the commercial success that generated.

Only credit I’ll give PD is he put 7 talented boys together and created BTS other than that fuck em. Bang Pd isn’t a good person at all. He sat his ass up there and watch how their old manger mistreat Kookie and was also hitting on him, only reason that manager got fired is because the video got out and ARMYS saw it. And let’s not mention how he didn’t see any talent in Jimin and even said he doesn’t see the reason why he’s in BTS. And he also use to call Jin fat. And bang pd ass sitting over there big asf his damn self and trying to talk about somebodies weight. So no pd ain’t no good person his ass was hiding his true face. Once he saw the money the tannies were bringing in PD became a two faced mf and extremely money hungry. He dont care about nobody but himself.

Keyz J.

Also as far as your issue with Hobis "important business" ...I'm pretty sure when they film things like Bon Voyage theyre unable to take photos with fans due to the potential leaking of their location and because it's considered their "off time" . There was no ill intent with him saying it and with the language barrier he just did the best that he could.

Keyz J.

Definitely not a good person, but do u believe that all of the issues that they had going on were solely because of Bang PD?

Fifi

(Dang this shii long, but I have a lot to be said…and more😭)😪idk guys…it’s just really frustrating seeing people who have like about 10% (if even) of the context talking about something like they know it. And I’m not saying that we the fans know 100% of everything about it either, because we 100% don’t. But there’s soooo many things and information that y’all are missing that can’t even be FULLY be rectified with the way y’all watch BTS’s content and the KIND of content y’all watch (all of their documentaries y’all should watch, their lives, their vlogs etc). You guys are talking to people who have been there from the beginning and if not the beginning then at least half way through. I’ve been a fan of BTS since late 2016 and I just really want to tell you that there really is a difference between people who have grown with BTS, seen their lives in real time, followed what they have said and posted on social media in real time vs reactors like you guys who are interested in them and have little to no knowledge on them. And that’s so clear when Kion made a comment mentioning how “they will never show BTS fight” and how “we can’t see them as family until we say that unless they are just robots” (something along the lines of that) but again if you have the knowledge from the amount of content people who have been fans for a long time have OR even if you are new but you have watched their content you will know thats not true. We have seen on multiple occasions on camera them arguing (and not playful arguing) one of the most famous one being the Jin and V arguments. Or situations where there might not have been a camera but they talk about (in detail) about fights they’ve had. Anyways moving on from that. The comments about Bang PD…😪( I mean, I genuinely do not like that man at allll, especially nowadays with the things he’s been up to but he is definitely not fully the source of their problems) I mean again this is something that you guys don’t even have half of the (and I’m using this word for a lack of better word) “Lore” on. Y’all saying that Jungkook took the chance to finally work on his on Music with US producers and without bang Pd…but..they’ve never not been allowed to. Even with BTS group songs they’ve often times worked with lots of US Artist and producers, and with ALL their solo work they all worked with whoever they wanted to. Bang PD is not the producer for most of BTS’s songs actually. I just… there’s still some more in the video I want to address so I might have to re-watch and add on😭. Also….Glad y’all liked the song though,…y’all should see it live.)

Mazouri Beasley

I never knew about the Jin situation nor the manager! Do you have further information or a video I can watch?

Keyz J.

Jungkook being "Cocky" couldn't be further from the truth.....He's actually the opposite he doesn't realize how amazingly talented he is. He's mentioned this on multiple occasions. Yes the world sees him as This amazing, talented ,golden maknae , but that's not the way he sees himself. Hes literally the furthest thing from Cocky. Jimin on the other hand we'll probably never know what he's truly going through now due to the fact that he used to be the most transparent member when it came to posting on social media and updating us, but due to people and their disgusting behavior he's dialed back completely and we know the least about him and his personal life.

Chlo

This is from their 'Dark & Wild' album in 2014. It's the album they were making whilst they were in America filming American Hustle Life.

Keyz J.

Theres a video where it looks like one of the mangers was trying to hit or hiring Jungkook....I believe he was wearing a minions hoodie...but we have no context....and Jin has stated that The CEO told him that he was gaining weight . It's in TROB.

Jodys Corner

Nope. We identify there were more issues than just BangPd. But he was the biggest reason. And i back this with what BTS has said out of their mouths. (Even though they done say Bangpd by name, they mention the company and their careers)

Chlo

Please could you guys give the albums a listen in chronological order. There's songs on the earlier albums that you haven't heard yet that you will really enjoy.

Jodys Corner

When did baby daddy start dailing back from sharing on social media?

Chlo

Appreciate the reaction, I love this song, it always makes a great listen. I dig it more and more.

Keyz J.

It's all assumptions they've never mentioned him by name. I just think you guys believe that bangpd had more control especially in their more current years than he actually did. Hes definitely done some trash things, but I don't believe that he was the catalyst. I really don't.

Keyz J.

I believe it was like 2018 or 2019 that he completely just stopped. Even now on social media amongst all the members he's the least active.

Jodys Corner

Wow! And mofos tryna act like i didnt have him figured out all along. Can you please DM me these instances so I can react to them. I want it all!

Jodys Corner

How can you read moneea comment and still try and CAP for BangPD? @Keyette? Did he really let someone abuse JK?! Wtf you protecting him if thats true?

Jodys Corner

People defending him in these freaking comments!

hellnahhh

look yall, surely there are weird people idolizing everyone around the members and put them on a pedestal but cannot say bang pd is that much admired from the army lmao. he was just the guys’ boss and everyone with eyes could see that the bond that bts shares with each other is incomparable to the one they have w bang pd which could be straight up professional and could even border on dislike (speculating based on what the members have let on especially v and suga who have been more vocal about it). but anyway i don’t think bang has that control on bts since they became big, bc the power definitely shifted and everyone could see that he was the one that needed bts not the opposite. so to conclude no one likes that man lmao he seems shady and corrupted, and he can choke for all i care. however, i don’t think he’s the sole reason as to why bts guys were having a hard time. only they know, and we can only have a vague understanding of what happened without stepping on their personal matters.

Keyz J.

I'm never defending bang PD..let's make that very clear.....The incident where a staff member is attempting to hit JK I acknowledge is disgusting...but to say that ..."it's bang pds fault that that happened"....how tf do I know?....what I do know is know company has alot shitty ways about them, deep issues that go was past that man...I'm in no way shape or form defending Bang PD, but I just know that those issues run DEEP.

Chlo

Sadly you see the same thing with all the kpop groups, the members can never be 100% honest. They can't be their true selves because they can't mess up their "perfect" image. Especially in Korea they are more judgemental on idols and what they do, they cancel idols just for having a girlfriend or smoking a vape/cigarette. It's crazy! It's tough to see they can't be their open and honest selves with us because sadly there's "army's" out there who want them to be squeaky clean but REAL Army's know they are human and they will make mistakes just like us, it's normal.

Chlo

Didn't V say "90% of army's will support them". He was saying that there's always 10% of "Army's" that will be their judging. I don't believe he was lying or "sticking up" for army's. V has always spoke up against the company and fake fans.

hellnahhh

like my guy has faced many accusations that he “dislikes his own fans” just because he’s outspoken and does not take bs from no one and these guys say he’s an ass licker????

Chlo

In every kpop group once they get big, a lot of the members do their own solo gigs and always come back as a group. Going solo in Kpop is quite normal nearly every idol does it and some do better at it then others.

Keyz J.

I just want to make it as clear as possible that I wouldnt Piss on Band PD of he was on fire😂😂😂 But I do think it's incorrect to place all of BTSs issues and harships on him. The people the choose to hire at them at company and their alterior motives also play a huge part into the BS that these men have had to go through.

hellnahhh

and if i could say something about the comment that kion is the most hated one out of yall just bc he says the truth blah blah.. respectfully i cannot say i like kion very much because unlike jody and eman who are very outspoken and want to just say their unfiltered opinion, kion seems like he tries very hard to be controversial in a way that it seems corny tbh and not authentic by just nitpicking every single thing and putting a negative spin to it like stop trying so hard to be the antagonist lmao

Chlo

Please could you aks Kion why he believes V is "nowhere near ready"? It just bothers me a bit that he makes this assumption from seeing what one festa video. It's quite annoying seeing opinions of the members individually when you have barely seen much content on them or their music. I appreciate that he's just starting this BTS journey but please don't make assumptions of some members when you've not seen much to back it up. Anyways theirs no hate, I appreciate that we have this platform to discuss our different opinions with eachother.

Chlo

What annoyed me about that argument though is that it's like the only real bit of confrontation we've seen with any of the members. Obviously there's been many arguments between all the members over the years behind the scenes but just showing that one argument between those two members really unfairly put them in a bad light. It made them stand out as the argumentative members of the group. Yes they have jokingly talked about little arguments here and there but showing that argument between Jin and V, out of the blue in the documentary, was an odd move. If you want to show those things, show it more often because it just makes those two members stick out for bad reasons.

Fifi

No I think it was perfectly fine how they showed it, the problem however comes from people who decided to “take sides” on who they decided was right or wrong in the situation and try and hate on whoever when the argument was already solved between themselves. The point of their specific document I think they mentioned was that they wanted to be raw in that one (I’m not sure if it’s that one as they have so many and are all names very similar 😭). The problem came from how unhinged “fans” decided to talk about that situation instead of understanding that they are both humans who got caught up in the moment of a stressful situation.

.

I agree w Jody, nun wrong w experimenting🤣🤣

Chia Sano

I think just...because ya'll are new(er) than some people, the only person you know by name to blame is Bang PD, so you put him there when you clock that management/label is at fault for extra stress or strange marketing. I am never tripping or like 'oh no they got it wrong' when you say 'f bang PD' because I know you are personally too smart to think everything wrong/stressful for BTS is 100% Bang PDs fault. You just know some if it absolutely is. Just keep in mind he hasn't been their boss for a minute. The problem lies with the kpop industry as a whole, which is changing, but hey...BTS is coming back from the military, Bang PD has not been their boss for a few years now, Hobi was smiling and greeting fans in Paris and even signing autographs (he looks so good)...so things are changing and looking better for when they finally fully reunite.

Kimberley

I will say being an idol in Korea is hardcore as you've seen in Rise of Bangtan, while I think Bang pd was decent for awhile he let money and power go to his head. Sadly BTS has been treated better than idol groups in YG and SM. I think alot of the talk of disbanding came from the immense pressure and over exhaustion they were facing, like Jin said in his episode of suchwita they agreed with the company they had to grind that hard to make an impact in America, but it still sucked. I am not a delusional Army I know things aren't perfect but I am hoping once they all get discharged things will be better than before. Even RM said the distance has made them even closer.

Kimberley

It's become an inside joke with Army he says important business because he thought that was the polite way to say I am busy. They can't sign or take pictures with fans during the shooting it's just the rules. it also happened when v got approached by a stewardess and he had to say no

.

This song is from what I think is their best album “dark and wild” from 2015 if I’m remembering correctly

Zaria Weber

Keon, Keon , Keon you just had to bring up him up huh? 😂😂 Let my boy live man ! 😂😂😂

jayjay ⁷

They were crying because they were TIRED MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY. Letting go of bundled up emotions is not something everyone can do with a straight face. NOWHERE in that WHOLE 1 hour long video did they say anything about bang pd. They obviously won’t tell us nothing about their personal relationship with their boss as it is NONE OF OUR BUSINESS. They literally see eachother as family and we THINK that because they TOLD US that. They were the FIRST idols bang pd debuted with and somehow they became the biggest boyband in the world. They have to deal with RESPONSIBILITIES, MAKING A GOOD IMPRESSION, DEALING WITH TOXIC PEOPLE, HAVING NO PRIVACY BECAUSE OF PEOPLE LIKE Y’ALL, AND KEEPING A SMILE ON THEIR FACE. That ISN’T something to open up to with a smile on your face. AND WHY ELSE DO YOU THINK BANG PD DEBUTED BTS? I MEAN MONEY DOESN’T COME OUT OF YOUR ASS. THE WHOLE POINT OF CHOOSING A JOB IS FOR MONEY. But no “it’s just so wrong for people to grow close to bts” he’s their boss and they’re close with him why would he use them for money when HE CREATED THEM. HALF OF THE MONEY GOES TO THE COMPANY. Watching that whole festa video Y’ALL were mixing their words and make assumptions because “oh his eyebrow moved one cm up he hates Jungkook” “oh he stopped smiling he wants to leave”. They weren’t telling us that stuff in that video to make assumptions, they were telling us because they want to be heard and seen as INDIVIDUALS. They can’t tell their individual stories because they are a GROUP with a reputation in the SOUTH KOREAN GOVERNMENT. Just a summary: Mind your business and if they want to tell us then oh wow. Making assumptions on a Patreon account does nothing for them. If anything YALL are using them. $50 to watch a reaction video my ass. They just wanted to make music but somehow got big. They didn’t want people like y’all to strip them from their privacy.

jayjay ⁷

No offense btw. Just saying.

Gamer_Jaystewart

Hi Jody, First I hear you, I have been an Army since I was Introduced to BTS in May 2016 and I could have been a bit more clearer. Also apologies about the Long paragraphs previously I couldn't figure out how to make Spaces, like an idiot lol. I know the 2022 Festa wasn't just Sad about the Military but their Frustrations and Burn out from over working and company issues at the time they had a new Ceo in 2021 and the Boys do own shares in the company so it would have been a mess. And yeah sorry if I did seem a bit to pushy you guys thoughts on Bang its just remembering how so much better he was compared to the other Ceo's at the time in the beginning. I do think the money and power most def did probably get to him like it does most people. But back to the main point I remember around that Time the amount of Hate BTS was getting especially Jin as it was announced by BTS themselves and the company he would Enlist in 2020 when he was turning 28 but couldn't when the pandemic started and in 2020 the Enlistment age was changed from 28 to 30 which ended up giving Jin another 2 years to Enlist. So he wouldn't be Fined millions of Won for not Enlisting in time and a lot of haters where bringing up past allegations and how HYBE must have done shady dealings to get the law changed to benefit BTS or even get them exempted to the Military, which just wasn't true. Also yeah I missed the ball on not mentioning about J-Hope talking about needing space and honestly the guys were living with each other for over 8 years 2012-2020, 12/13 years in the case of RM and Suga they lived together the longest. It was only during the Pandemic that they started buying their own places and living alone more which was challenging but V has stated it has been Good but was so Hard for him the quietness and boredom in the beginning without the others was really troubling for him and was why he started getting more serious and less playful, but he got used to it slowly. I wouldn't blame them for needing space and honestly I can imagine 7 grown men living together for that long there was def arguments between members but that's what happens when you have 6 brothers living together. Sorry again for this really long answer, I probably missed some points to answer.

Zaria Weber

Fr! Like the Jin comments are getting old 💯😂 Respectfully

Jodys Corner

Thank you for admitting you may have not elaborated enough, which sparked this whole disagreement. I am even MORE confused to the fact that you have been army since 2016, which means you probably were aware that BangPD was ok with a wokers abusing JK. How can you defend that douchebag at all? in any vein?

Jodys Corner

Your comment is absolute TRASH, you dont know wtf your talking about. YOU are the FAKE ARMY they wanna run from because you suck off everything they never said and run with it as facts. You in the dark, walking blind in the forest while looking into the sky. You will never get out! You sound mad af that you aint got the $50 to pay. You coming off as cheap and bitter. Miss me with ya BS opinion. You delerious af. I bet you think BTS knows you persoanlly huh? FOH!

Jodys Corner

It's all on him. That what business owners learn in business school. HIS COMPANY, HIS FAULT. he is a the TOP. Leaders assume ALL responsibility. Especially in business

Gamer_Jaystewart

Hey Jody I am in no way ok with any Violence and Bang Pd from what I am aware he was not ok with it either, that worker abusing JK was the Manager that was Fired from Big Hit right after it was found out but the fact that it happened under his nose in the first place I will agree does say a lot about how either he wasn't fully doing his job as Ceo at the time or was getting too distracted with other stuff which just shows that he should have paid more attention to his Labels biggest group and left the less meaningful/Minor stuff to his other staff and focused on Protecting the BTS members. The Manager lifting his hand to JK incident happened in 2016 when I started getting into BTS so I wasn't fully up to date and keeping track at the time and honestly some of the staff while most have been with the boys for years they still have a lot of the same styling and make up staff and even body guards for years but yeah I can't say anything that Manager was a piece of trash as If I am remembering correctly I believe they discovered he had been physical in pushing V during a training one day trying to rush the boys but I could be wrong. But Trust me 8 years and BTS has been through a lot more than any of Idol group that I know for a fact and 95% of it they did not deserve from other groups, Anti, Korean Media and other Labels accusing them of many things over the years while the other 5% is just the hardships that come with the job of an Idol training, creating songs and choreography and Travelling constantly that come naturally with the Idol Industry which as a whole has its Problems.

Fifi

They’ve watched like 5% of their content and they act like they’ve known and seen everything about them since debut it’s crazy😭Like calling JK cocky??! Jungkook? This man that always mentions how he is never satisfied with himself and still feels he lacks so much? V being fake? I keep trying to be patient but damn it’s hard.

Skiirt

My thing is why do we need to see them fight....? Like who wants to put themselves in a negative light? Also they have grown and learned each other's ticks and how to avoid it. They are also super professional and too busy to be fighting each other. Also I agree they definitely don't Watch enough or the right content to be making these statements with such confidence. Like y'all do not know BTS or even watch things that actually show their struggles. They have talked about many fights and jealousy between members. Or members taking a steps back. Or times when they are depressed. Jody and co just doesn't know. That's my problem until you do the proper research you can not speak on what BTS wants or speaks. At the end of the day the BTS members hold all the power. They can not be controlled especially now. Army keeps the lights on at hybe. And if BTS leaves Army leave

Skiirt

How does Kion say the truth when he's barely there watching MVs more than hearing the members speaking....?

Skiirt

Jungkook cocky when? Where? V fake? Huh? Where are these baseless assumptions coming from?

Fifi

@Skiirt But you see here thats actually what I mean. Why does them fighting paint them in a negative light to you? In fact, having arguments is perfectly healthy and is to be expected. Yea we don’t wanna see them fight at all but i feel it’s fine if once in a while (as long as it’s not a personal one) that if they want to show us an argument they had then it’s fine. That was the whole point of that documentary (at least partly) to show that they are human too and things like that happen. But anyways yes these guys need to wayyy more content before they think they know the guys better than the ppl who’ve spent watching the things they put out.

Zack Clarke

Jody she delusional as they come not surprising at all with how they get blinded and bringing up the $ 50 like slick diss if you ain't got the money it shows get your money up and focus on reality got the BTS card board cut outs kissing them before going to bed we dont need individual like you at all you can go anytime 🛌 💯👋🏽

Skiirt

Personally I view my self negatively when I fight or argue with my family or friends.I feel like those are low points in my life. So why would I share it ? Especially when people will twist the narrative like these solo stans are doing. They are clipping few words and then changing the whole story to "defend" or target a member. People are weirdos and misinterpret everything they say like the comments Jody and co makes. No matter what they show or say people will hear and see what they want. Yes it's human to fight but why does them fighting have to be the thing to prove that? Or why is hard to believe they moved past that stage and don't fight anymore? I use to be a very confrontational person and would fight or argue all the time. But as I got older I realized that was pointless and took energy out of me. And made me a person I didn't want to be. I grew up and I don't argue or fight with anyone anymore. Does that make me less human because I don't fight or that I wouldn't want that to be on camera forever? Like BTS gives so much of themselves already what else more do y'all need? It's obvious they are human and have human emotions and feelings who doesn't? But they don't have to show that to us. They can keep parts of themselves private.

Dagny

It is ironic that with all the free content BTS put out over the years and fan made docs etc, you actually think it is reasonable to pay $50 to watch reactions to videos that are available for free on YouTube etc. I mean, if it was paid content that they were buying and reacting to, that would make more sense. Plus placing selective episodes behind a higher paywall is literally the opportunity to earn more off their reactions to BTS. I enjoyed their first few reactions to BTS, decided to subscribe as I enjoyed their banter, and we could see them grow to be more familiar with all the members as well. I am quite disappointed with the decidedly selective content behind a higher paywall, especially when it is free content. Even though I can afford it, I choose not to upgrade it.

jayjay ⁷

Look at you, changing words again. How am I a fake army? I’m not the one put fake fuel out onto social media. I’m going off what THEY said because some people know how to READ!! And why would I pay $50 for bts reactions when even they have cheaper content? I don’t think they know me and they don’t know you either so I don’t know what you were tryna clock. You literally have a whole family and you’re over here making kpop beef.

Jodys Corner

@Dagny. I gave people WHO ASKED ME TO ADD HIGHER TIERS what they wanted. Not tryna hear shit you have to say about it. Talk to them. You gotta understand some people got bread and they want to spend it for more content. Dont get in the way of my bag by making people feel bad because they want to pay more than you. $50/mo aint shit to "some" people. Some people drink $50 at the bar in an hour. So they not tripping off paying $1.50/day. Some people cant afford $2 a month and i understand that too. Everybody's situation is different. Respect that! People been paying $50/month on this patreon for YEARS! BTS didnt start this! This tier been here for YEARS. you dont know anything about this Patreon. I had HUNDREDS of patrons before ANY BTS video was watched. This channel is NotJustANIME. Remember that.

Jodys Corner

@Jaydah. I'm making Kpop beef? Gtfoh. Leave this patreon. I will gladly refund you to be rid of your nonsense.

Jodys Corner

@flyin cole. You want real reactions and discussions/commentary or not? Just let me know and I can fake it for you.

Jodys Corner

Facts! Some people are just freaking weird.

Jodys Corner

.... thats sad.... baby daddy might have become jaded.... from social media anyway

Jodys Corner

@keyette. Trust me, you cant be gullible in situations like this. Of course he knew. He likely told him to do it. He wouldnt do it if he knew BangPd was gonna get mad at him for hitting jk... think about it. Leadership comes from the TOP and trickles downward.

Jodys Corner

Umm. Was he not the boss? In 2022, was he not owner of the company? That mofo had FULL control.

jayjay ⁷

I can promise you that I don’t care about what happened years ago. and I already unsubscribed a while ago I’m waiting for it to go through. Y’alls negativity makes my stomach hurt.

Jodys Corner

@Zack. Wtf is going on here. This sheet is cult-like behavior.

Keyz J.

Band PD stepped down as CEO in 2021.

Minnie

So, I understand where you're coming from, but I do think that what you and a lot of Army's forget is that they did have a good relationship but in the early days. People Change and i 'm pretty sure their relationship changed too, in an negative aspect. What i'm about to say are just speculations and what I THINK happend but I would say they had a good relationship til 2017 and then it went down hill. I don't like Bang PD at all but I'm not going to deny that they had good relationship but i also know that it's not like that anymore. 2018/19 was a really bad time for the members mentally but also the hate was all time high. I'm saying death threats and police involvement. Jimin and Namjoon had it really the worst. Someone mantioned Jimin being distant from this time and it's true. They even had to cancel a concert because of death threats to Jimin and the members were really scared. Theres even a video from that time, where the members are at an airport and a staff approaches them but they didn't recognise her and Yoongi pulls Jimin behind him, that's how paranoid they were. But back to the topic, i think their relationship went downhill from this and it got worse with hybe being formed. Like the members, mostly Yoongi but also Hobi talking about it. So what i mean to say is that i believe they had a good relationship but not anymore and i think Bang PD isn't really in their lives anymore. So even though i don't like him at all, i don't think is fair (for the members) to give all the fault to him because it dismisses all the shit they went trough from 2013 till even now, do I think Bang could do better? Yes, 100%. Is it worth still giving him importance? No. It's a really complicated topic and I'm not the most educated Army to be talking about it, i wasn't here since the beginning and i don't know them personally So all this are just my thoughts and how I see things. I think we all can disagree with eachother because at the end of the day only bts and Bang PD know the thruth and that's Okay, it's their live. Sorry for the really long comment and also the mistakes, English isn't my first language so it's a struggle communicating What i'm really trying to say, but hopefully you still understand. Thank you for the reaction and can't wait for more!

Yennhi

In swedish there was some swedish army chasing them jin and jhope when they go grocery shopping (bon voyage ss1) film them literally runnings after them and chasing V and his pd camera at the airport https://youtube.com/shorts/TQkrEFyxn8o?si=8dNG63Zv5DubAxC7 so i think the staff make the rule or the main pd of the show but it just for them safety after that swedish army community make a video apologized for this and the international forgave them https://youtu.be/5QTipntOSuE?si=ouFa64ydgSd74fbL Sasaeng fan is scarier than you think so not take pictures rule was the rule in bon voyage but in other events or just personal time you can see people post picture of bts

Keyz J.

Yea ,no I disagree. They have an entire managent staff that they worked with way closer than Bang PD. People that are with them Day in and Day out. Like I said I think y'all are giving him a little too much credit.

Fifi

Yea ok so I won’t go back and forth with you as I clearly have my opinion and you have yours🤷🏽‍♀️. I also did not say that they need to show us them fighting, I said it’s okay if they do as it is perfectly normal regardless. I did not agree with them saying they are “robotic” if they don’t show us them fighting, was just stating a point that they have before.

Fifi

@JODY. I am just saying that you guys do make very very big assumptions on these guys when you still haven’t watched enough of them. And even with things you have watched, there’s been a couple times where Jungkook kinda sort puts himself down or emplies he is still not happy with himself, so hearing he is cocky from you guys was just…odd? Also I’m just giving my honest opinion on you guys from what I’ve seen like you guys, not hate here. I just really want you guys to react to more of their authentic content rather than videos like “BTS kissing moments” idk that’s just me tho. I feel like you should have a poll on the most requested bts videos and have people vote. I do like to hear y’all’s opinion so that I can state whether I agree or not💀

Chia Sano

Okay. I think I get where the disconnect is coming. I don't think Jody is saying Bang PD had his hands in every negative thing that happened to BTS until he stepped down as CEO. I think what they are saying that since Bang PD was the CEO, it is his company, and if it happened while he was CEO even if he knew about it ahead of time or not, he is ultimately responsible. Because if it is your business then consumers can place the blame on you. Older nuance may have details like 'it was the performance director' or 'it was the merch manager'. But according to the logic being used, it doesn't matter, if the people worked for the company that Bang PD was the CEO of, then it rolls up to being his fault. Not everyone kinda thinks that way I don't think, but I have met alot of new ARMY who make the same comparisons until they learn additional names/people.

Yennhi

RM has the best ver for me too but that last bar from SUGA hits hard "If it's a sin to love this culture, I've died more than a hundred times" all the members of BTS love and respect hip hop a lot the rap line in the beginning guide the vocal line about hip hop culture.

EleP

Jimin didn't even properly promote his album and his show through social networks.. 2024 was empty. He got a lot of hate because of the show. Haters also got to his father's work page on Instagram, where Jimin's father closed the comments because they were terrible (this happened at the end of 2024).He got a lot of hate when he joined the army with Jungkook. In 2023, haters wrote to their Ministry of Defense to prevent them from joint service. Because in their opinion "Jimin is a bad influence on Jungkook" can you imagine? And this is only a small iceberg of what is happening in social networks🥲

Keyz J.

Not only that I'm pretty sure in 2022 people got a hold of his personal mail and we're leaking stories about him. He just always been so Kind and open and in return has received a lot of hate....esp from that delusional breed of Taekookers. So Im all for him staying away from social media if it's not healthy for him.

Xoxoree

Best verse for me goes Rm,Jhope,Suga. And. I have to agree that BangPd has Done some grimy shit and people try to protect him cause he created the group. But artists get mistreated all the time y’all don’t have to defend it just say it like it is. He overworked them and that wasn’t cool. We don’t know what happens when the cameras are off that’s just a fact, but people can’t assume it’s all sunshine and rainbows. But real ARMY knows that and some see the world in rose colored glasses.

Zaria Weber

Jody I have a question to send a DM do I do that through the chat room or do I just send it to you separately and if so how do I come about doing that because I’m confused

Zaria Weber

And for the people who is going hard on Jody, in these comments, y’all just have to respect the fact, these are his opinions and this is his Patreon. And I know that we’re not always going to like what he say, but I feel like we can respectfully disagree with his opinions instead of dogging him and Eman and Keon out in these comments like give them some grace. Cause I feel like they’re still learning about the boys and they’ll find out more and more info along the way, but I just feel like the fact that a lot of the people in the comments are basically being more so negative towards them which is why they left YouTube in the first place, and they came to Patreon because Patreon is their way of being more so open with their opinions, but as of now it’s starting to look more like a YouTube comment section. All I’m saying is let’s just respect each other‘s opinions. Let’s agree to disagree. I don’t know if that makes sense or not but y’all know what I’m trying to say. 💜💯

Jodys Corner

So many facts! Im so glad im not the only one. I feel so isolated.

Jodys Corner

Yeah, I can tell they dont rap because they copy cats, they rap because they really love HipHop and our culture.

Jodys Corner

I agree. I make very hard and wild assumptions. That is part of being HONEST. You cant cherry pick what I say and get upset over it. What about when I cry over some of them? You liked my opinion then right? So it goes both ways. Sometimes youre gonna hate what I say and sometimes youre gonna love what I say. The part that makes me frustrated is the fact that you still have yet to trust in me that whatever I choose to say (good or bad) it NEVER comes from bias or hate. It is just TRUTH. If you think i am wrong, tell me your thoughts on why. Dont team up with another comment and belittle me for watching only 5% of BTS content and acting like I "know them". That is hurtful. Because i really care about them. When I say happy things about them the 5% was just fine then, right? Its not fair.

Skiirt

Ok but he's speaking like his opinion is a fact and that he knows more or that he's right. And that's the problem. He's a grown man he can share his wrong opinions and we can share ours. He wants everyone to be a yes man here something he claims to hate. But insulting members when he knows nothing about them. is where I draw the line. You defending him but not BTS is weird

Jessie

Jody, your strong stance against Bang PD is definitely valid, although he is not completely evil. I do think he is a savvy businessman. As BTS gained global success, they’ve been exploited, manipulated, and used by their government, media, and even their own company. Their company capitalized on them as a cash cow. I still remember a Run BTS! episode where their prize for solving a puzzle was just being allowed to go home, and each of them was ecstatic (Come on, isn’t that a basic human right?). Their MAMA 2018 speech and Festa 2022 were heartbreaking to watch. But despite their suffering, pain, and exhaustion, they’ve become who they are today. They’ve dealt with immense pressure and public scrutiny. When they announced in Festa 2022 that they were living apart, it was bittersweet, but I knew it was necessary for them to grow individually. They won’t always be BTS, but I know that no matter what, they will always be together. Even if they’re no longer "K-pop idols" or the "biggest boy band in the world," the bond they share will remain. They pushed through, and when each member worked on solo albums, it felt like they were healing and rediscovering themselves. Their solo projects gave them space to grow individually, and I hope it marks a new chapter of balance for them. A true ARMY will support them no matter what path they choose. I trust that BTS's decision to renew their contract means they've resolved their issues with the company—or at the very least, gained leverage. They are no longer naive, wide-eyed trainees; they've grown into self-assured, intelligent, and capable young men. The dynamic has shifted—they are no longer just passive participants but active decision-makers in shaping their own careers. Apologies for the long post, but thank you for always protecting BTS. You’re a true ARMY.

Jodys Corner

@skiirt. "Hes speaking like his opinion is facts" you mean im confident in how i speak? That sounds like a insecurity problem that YOU have. That is a YOU issue. Not my problem. My opinions are just that. OPINIONS. Regardless of how I speak makes You feel.

Fifi

@JODY. Ok I apologize for what I said being hurtful to you, I never meant to “belittle” you. I just didn’t think that mentioning that mentioning you guys still have a long way to go with them would be hurtful. I do have to say that I do tend to be very blunt with things and not realize that it might be hurtful, which is why I usually like it emphasize that I’m not hating and that I still look forward to other reaction from you. You guys have shown that you can grow from your opinions. Y’all went from thinking suga isn’t needed to seeing him as a really valuable member and being one of your favourites, if I recall correctly he is if not one of E-man’s favourite no?. Y’all remember the reaction you got when you said that? It’s kinda the same with this. We know what you said isnt a fair assumption when there’s still so much to see. Like I feel like there’s some videos y’all will watch of jungkook that could make you go “damn this guy really needs to think more highly of himself fr” Genuinely for me unfortunately my problem is honestly more with Kion. He has watched even less content than you guys and still states things like facts and thats probably what he feels like is being “honest” but I also wouldn’t be honest if I don’t call out that I feel what he said was absolute bs. Anyways…that being said…still can’t wait for the busan concert reaction, Any idea when y’all think you might do it?

K

Ik this video is serious and stuff but the beginning caught me off guard “George Jefferson was gay”😭😭😭that was so random

K

It’s no secret and that being PD treated the guys wrong compared to other companies, though he’s not the worst CEO, but in K-pop in general the way they treat their idols is just wrong and it needs to be stopped, but like some companies don’t even let their idols date. It’s been very clear that BTS has been a relationships . In conclusion, I don’t think he’s the worst CEO, but he’s not the best.

Zack Clarke

I told you bruh don't even take accountability for there own behavior kpop beef are you serious and jody literally takes imput from you so called fans to better the reactions and the pay wall has been here before BTS was even a thought to react so regardless its called not just anime this not knop channel get through your thick skulls don't get things twisted if can't afford deal with it and get your bread up cuz there's others how have it and ain't complaining but hating off that sounds a personal issues you need to look into the freak 💯🙄

Zack Clarke

You can get the freak out here ain't no waiting your not welcome here got it memorized 💯

Zaria Weber

You clearly haven’t seen my other comments cause 95% of the time I’m defending BTS against whoever has something to say but all I’m saying is this is his Patreon just agree to disagree. I understand what you’re saying is well I’m trying to play devils advocate cause I don’t always agree with what he has to say but I have learned over time that you can’t get mad over someone’s opinions and that’s all I’m trying to say.

Jodys Corner

I know. Lol. You never know what you might get on Patreon

Jodys Corner

I freaking love you for this comment! Jessie, thank you! I got emotional reading this.

Jodys Corner

I can tell you are as frustrated as I am, Zack. Like wth is going on? Where am I? The Twilight Zone?

Jodys Corner

It is a secret though, K. Before you joined patreon, in the beginning of my BTS journey, I mentioned that I dont like BangPd and I dont trust him and he look like he has dark secrets etc. And patreon LIT ME UP! Saying "how are yiu to judge BangPd"....."BangPD is likentheir father, he loves them"...."shut up talking bad about Bangpd".... "you dont know him! He is a genius who made this happen".... blah blah blah. The reactions are all there. Now people changing up. Its crazy to see

Skiirt

@Jody definitely not a me problem. You speak confidently WRONG. You think you know everything. And then whine in the comments when people disagree. And then saying people are ganging up on you? You are a grown man that "Confidently " speaks his opinions but cry when others don't agree with you. You think the people here that is is here for BTS supposed to just let you disrespect members like it's cool? Like huh? I don't understand the "army "here like they are apologizing to you after you disrespected them? Idgaf what you say about bang pd. But disrespect the members is where I'm gonna say something. Like why are you trying to dig so deep into their lives and make negative assumptions about them? V is not fake and Jungkook is not cocky. Like where are you getting this information from? You seem to only look for negative things. Any logical person wouldn't speak "confidently" about something they lack information on. That's what ignorant people do. You can't scream about being real and honest and then cry when comments are being real and honest back. You're very hypocritical. And then have the audacity to say I'm insecure when you're trying to be a victim in every comment that disagrees with you. Grow up already. You wanna say what you wanna say then be able to handle when people don't agree and don't kiss ass. That's my advice to you. Don't worry I already unsubscribed 🙂

K

What do you want me to do about other peoples opinions?…if anything it’s good that they are “changing up” bc they are realizing the type person he is.

Jodys Corner

Nevermind. You completely missed the point.

Jodys Corner

@skiirt. im disrespecting JK by calling him "cocky?" Yep, you're a weirdo. Have a nice day! 💜

Jodys Corner

Lol. Sure you can. That's why your crying about it. LOL

Jodys Corner

@Flyin Cole. Thank you. I forgive you, I believe you werent being malicious. Yeah, we went from thinking Suga was useless in BTS to absolutely LOVING the man. Especially Me. Eman likes him 2nd too. It gets so bad that I feel bad for saying that about him when I see his FACE in videos. I was so wrong about him. So wrong! ...... I gotta live with that L... As far as Kion goes. Dont take him seriously, he is a troll who wants a reaction outta yall.

Jodys Corner

@EleP. What the actual f@#k! What typa sheet is that!? And these are people that call themselves BTS fans? Or Army? Or are they just solo fans? Its hard to see how you can choose one member to absolutely LOVE yet hate another member because their so close and they all love each other so much...

Keyz J.

Those people arent army,period.

Yennhi

Okay so about the jungkook cocky in the comment bother me and i got hurt i didn’t watch all to the ends and catch it but i just want to tell my opnion on this. Cuz he totally the opposite I am hardcore jungkook biased and he is far from cocky. From what we see, he’s always humble and hardworking. He’s confident in his abilities, which is a good thing, but offstage he’s really down-to-earth and kind to everyone. Maybe give him a closer look—you might feel differently! Probably one of the nicest person in BTS and he is super obedient to his hyungs. He do be shy and not have enough confident back than now he improve it and be more confident but he is a virgo so he not gonna satisfying with himself and want to work and practice more but he already good i don’t think if he is cocky is negative bcuz i don’t mind if he do like that but the real himself i know is not cocky at all ever. He only really really competitive. Ofc everyone in bts is competitive some a little and some more but not at the level of competitive at jungkook i love his competitive side of him thinking is cute and also hot at the same time that’s just so attractive for me tho about calling jungkook cocky maybe because you misunderstood the way you perceive him like with suga at first. perceiving someone and misunderstanding could be a wrong thing that can happen when the information or the footage you know to judge a person is not enough i understand because any of us can judge someone we see when we don't fully understand that person. and just like suga at first i see the opinion about your perception of suga can change i think the same with jungkook you can have a different perception of him and jungkook is really humble about everything he is good at singing, dancing, drawing, rapping rm gave jungkook the nicknamed golden maknae and everyone says jungkook is good at everything but he is the only one who doesn't think so he always think he lack of many things which is sad.

Yennhi

and yes i'm trying to defend my man 😉 and to you i appreciate your honesty and i understand that you really care about BTS so i won't say you're disrespecful of jungkook and understand you think calling him cocky is because you think like me it's okay that if he's like that. but i also just want to be honest and explain the character of jungkook that i know. and it seems like you're really excited about seeing the members in BTS being competitive could checkout Jungkook hates losing at anyting. You always let jungkook win -hobi. https://youtu.be/zwrAg8nlAPI?si=DLED1Fn1OkMkmUpj This man is literlly sooooooo competitive

EleP

It always breaks my heart to see this hate. These are mostly solo fans. This is not the army. They don't understand that BTS love each other. And also among the haters there are many k-pop fans (trolls) of other groups who hate the achievements of bts

Zack Clarke

Got me messed up jody the hell going on with some these people got no fucking Brains and trying tell someone how they should run there pateon is mind blowing 😤

Lief

Worded perfectly 💜

Lief

I think it's because it's a nuanced conversation. You know at times you and Eman use quite strong words, which can create a strong reaction as well. Action, reaction. Just like with Yoongi, when you said he was silent and doesn't do much for the group that people don't like. But if you say he's quiet and doesn't like the spotlight on him, then that's completely correct. Plus, I also think that ARMY likes to fluff things up for new people coming into the fandom. We like to believe that BTS is an against all-odds winner and are fully in control of everything. That's the image they carry, and that's what sets them apart from the general "kpop" image. But actually it's not that simple. BTS do come from the kpop industry, and they've had to survive in that toxic system and culture. I also think that's why I enjoy the Rise Of Bangtan series, it's the only series that really highlights the behind the scenes of BTS' experience in the kpop industry.

Lief

I'm pretty sure this would come from their security staff. They have an entire security department, and have had the same security team for years ans years, and they're very serious. Also, because there's been a lot of very serious dangerous moments, even from back in 2015 going forward. Especially in 2016-2017, the BTS members would get crowded like crazy. Which is around the time that the first Bon Voyage was being filmed, so it makes sense they started saying that.

Keyz J.

Exactly this!!

Lief

Hey I'm here a little late. I wanted to take my time with this one! I left some responses to others here and there, so it'd be great if you could look for those 🤍. I'll watch it now, and then leave a comment with my own thoughts.

Lief

There was a lot going on within the company and the government at that time. Their work and personal lives also a lot, but that we won't know. What I do know in 2022 is that HYBE and mr. Bang tried a lot behind the scenes and even had the government over for an official meeting to get BTS a military exemption, which, I think was the right thing to do. But the government then wanted BTS as their puppets, which the boys just wouldn't do, especially with the conservative president. But they couldn't come to a resolution. And hence why they couldn't speak about it at all, and just decided to serve on their own decision. Because even saying the boys would've liked an exemption, would've caused a rage amongst the korean general public. And I really think at least RM really wanted that exemption, he's posting crying emoji's on his instagram every other week and he looked just so down anytime military was brought up. He gave his whole youth to that country, carried them on his shoulders in front of the United Nations, almost became the national diplomat, but they're still making him shove snow in the middle of January. He should be mad 😂 The other boys I don't know though, l think only V and Jungkook probably think doing the military service is cool.

Lief

Back in the day, Jungkook was the most shy and always doubted himself. He's grown a lot more confident in his own compentence, and I think thanks a lot to the BTS boys hyping him up. And also being able to go 1 vs. 6 in a sports game and still winning, that gives some confidence as well lmao. But even if Jungkook becomes a little cocky, then he has every right to be. Probably why it doesn't come across as cocky to us, because it's backed up by years of work and results. He should be a bit more cocky though!!! The BTS boys are a too nice sometimes!! Let the people know who you are!! Hahahahh

Lief

That Junkook vs. the other 6 members game is in Run BTS episode 85. I think Eman would love watching that, foaming in the mouth for his Jungkookie lmao.

Lief

First of all, from the song reaction. There's so much more good music waiting for you, also the rapper's verses on BTS albums are so good. I've said it before, but listening to a whole BTS album from front to back is really a must. It'll also help you see how they work as a group, and what they really have put out. The most the boys ever open up is through music. I'd love for you to listen to "Love Yourself : Tear", it's the album they wrote in 2018 when they were thinking disbanding. Also RM wrote most of the lyrics on that album, also the vocal parts. You get a lot of their complicated feelings in there. On the surface, it seems to be about love, but what I got from RM it can also be about me & myself, about celeb vs. fame, or about between friends.

Lief

Also, now j-hope and jungkook in real life, they come up and sign, hug and take pictures with people the most out of all the members. So it's funny that you mentioned the two of them. Just this past week, j-hope was in Paris, and he signed albums on the street and a lot of french B-list celebs took pictures with him behind the scenes. You can look up j-hope in Paris. And Jungkook takes pictures with people even in his personal time when he's just in his joggings getting food. They do things when they can and want to. I still don't think it's an obligation for them, and I'd never expect them to give pictures, hugs or signatures randomnly, but that's where our opinions differ.

Lief

You already know what I think of mr. Bang, he's done a lot of good things. I agree with your words, you said the right things. Maybe a little strong, you all really hate that man with your guts lmao 😂😂 I get your feelings. Myself, I'm a landlord trying to manage renters, so you know, I like to see the nuance of the boss' side as well. The way of the world is just cut troath, you can't do businesss nicely. I like to think he tried his best, and it does seem apparant that in the end he's always ended up listening to the boys' requests. That timeline gets delayed in the corporate world though. People like to think artists are not part of the corporate world, but they very much so are. And I think BTS always tried to balance that, but with the creation of HYBE it really shifted much more to corporate.

Lief

The contract renewals are pivitol in the working relationship with the company. In 2013, they got quite a good contract as a new kpop group, but it was based on the kpop industry standards and expectations. I know BTS have always had a higher % of division of money between them and the company than other kpop groups had, also they didn't have dating bans or anything in the contract, and were given artistic freedom and copyrights. But it was still a kpop contract, I doubt there was anything about resting days or good conditions. Then their first contract renewal was in 2018. Through this contract the boys got their first long break in 2019, and also more days off. And they changed their usual schedule, for example, they didn't do as many korean music shows or presstours, and released only 1 album that year. If you look at their speeches and words in 2019, a lot of the boys said it was their happiest year yet. So their contract negotiations did a lot for them back then. But then the pandemic hit, and BigHit became HYBE, and the military issue, and the members got much more fame and pressure on them. Now in 2022, the negotiations for the contract renewal in 2025 took place. So I'm very hopeful that once again, they've changed the contract to their benefit. The contract had to be approved by the Board of Directors, which isn't normal, and means they had very high demands. But once again, nobody knows what the future brings. The contract in 2018 seemed good for the boys back then, but did not meet their needs 4 years later.

Lief

Also Jungkook, was actually the only member to work with mr. Bang in his solo carreer. That's how he ended up with such a commercial album, because it was set up out of corporate connections. I'm uncomfortable with him working so closely with especially Scooter Braun. He and mr. Bang were present during a lot of his trips to America. The other boys worked with either longtime close producers or with lesser known producers, and kept it personal and close.

Lief

Both is great by the way and I love love love Jungkook's album. Real worry is also not needed, because our little Jungook can somehow handle himself well in high-profile situations. But I wanted to let you know, since you guys didn't seem to know that mr. Bang was involved in Jungkook's album.

Lief

Every ARMY's point of view on mr. Bang and the company differs greatly. It depends so much on the content you have watched. Like the fact that some ARMYs believe the boys look at mr. Bang as family, that comes from words the boys have said. They often made jokes about mr. Bang being their father, and they call him their "hyung" / big brother, which is very unusual in corporate Korea. It does mean that they have mutual respect in their relationship, and there's a personal bond that we don't know much about. Do we really know how that bond is? No, no idea. My guess is it got a little less personal in recent years, just based on the frequency and type of interactions they have now. Mr. Bang now overlooks over 20+ groups and artists , whilst from 2013-2019 BTS was the only artist he managed.

Lief

But since BTS have only really referred directly to mr. Bang with the words father or big brother attached, you can't blame fans for taking that as the truth. And on the scale of Kpop industry, the company is very nice to their artists. So that's what their opinion must be based on.

Jessie

Well said

Lief

Last thing, I don't think we'll ever get all the truth from BTS. Because the boys are very personal but are very private, and that's how they've been able to operate. Especially when it comes to controversy, the boys have never spoken out in the moment. Rather, they mention it months or years later. That way it doesn't get swept up by the media or public opinion. It's just the position they're in. I do hope they know they can let us know if things are hard or they don't like somethings, because real ARMYs would listen and support that. That's also why they did the Festa dinner 2022 with us and believed 'Our Army' would understand, and we did, we even charted "Take Two" to show support. The past years they've been trying it out getting more bold in what they say and taking more personal time, and I'm hope they've noticed our support is there no matter what, and that they've got more room to do what they want. The boys used to be scared the fans will leave them, but anyone who leaves them wasn't a real ARMY in the first place.

Lief

Also, I refer you to an interview with RM, because anything I say is just watered down opinion ofcourse. Here's what he said about the overworking culture in kpop: "In the West, people just don’t get it. Korea is a country that has been invaded, razed to the ground, torn in two. Just 70 years ago, there was nothing. We were getting aid from the IMF and the UN. But now, the whole world is looking at Korea. How is that possible? How did that happen? Well, because people try so fucking hard to better themselves. You are in France or the UK, countries that have been colonizing others for centuries, and you come to me with, 'oh God, you put so much pressure on yourselves; life in Korea is so stressful!' Well, yes. That’s how you get things done. And it’s part of what makes K-pop so appealing, although, of course, there’s a dark side. Anything that happens too fast and too intensely has side effects."

Jessie

Thank you for sharing this. It makes me admire RM even more—the perfect leader of BTS, a humble king, a truly remarkable person.

Lief

However, I think the Yoongi scooter controversy must've left some impact on the boys. That was an whole media and public opinion shitshow. I'm still so worried for Yoongi, I hope he's doing okay mentally. So many stupid unfair things have happened to BTS, I don't blame them for having become paranoid and worried about everything. It makes me cry if I think about it.

Lief

Thank you guys, for adressing the topic and being honest 🤟🏼 I think it's good to discuss these things 💜 And you said you liked my comments so I sat down and wrote you a book, why dont you give me a call next time hahahah

VancityGal

I noticed something on Suchwita when Suga interviewed Jin. Jin made a joke about how BTS were brothers and Bang PD was the father and Suga said something along the lines of, "My father is my father." When you see things like that it's hard to argue that they're one big happy family. I think the truth lies somewhere in the middle. Bang PD did a lot of great things for BTS but he is no saint either. Some armys like the deify him but we've seen enough to know that he's not worthy of that. And, Kion, the only person that needs to step it up is you. 🙄

VancityGal

These people are solo or ship fans that only care about one member or think a member is stealing spotlight from another. I've interacted with a few online and they're batshit crazy. It's a little terrifying.

Cherish Poole

that was the FIRST thing i thought of. Still though Jin felt comfortable enough with Bang PD to make that comment so my assumption is that some of them have a good relationship with him (or at least they haven’t had any problems) and others have some specific or interpersonal qualms with him (and I don’t mean to say outside of their careers, I mean to say that some might have issues connecting to their careers that others don’t, which makes sense because suga seems to be more ambitious than jin is. No shade to jin, i LOVE jin, i actually like jin more than suga, but to me that’s pretty clear.
