Very emotional and amazing performance from the boys. I love hearing these unpopular BANGERS! They might have better songs that arent as popular than the ones that are mega hits!

Rozaliyah

You are so right, Jody, that they have so many amazing songs that aren't as well known but definitely known by ARMY. The V song you might be referring to is 'Blue & Grey' That's also all of BTS but it's V's song that BTS loved and so it became a group song with rapline writing their verses. This song 'Your Eyes Tell' I believe is a Jungkook creation. There's a Japanese drama of the same name that used this song for their soundtrack. I can't remember is JK wrote this for them or not

Rozaliyah

Thank you so much for reacting to this amazing song!!🫶🫶🫶

Chlo

This is a beautiful song and all their voices together are so good! So true what E-man said about house of cards, it's another beautiful song that gets overlooked.

.

Ughhhhh they have so much good music. Everytime i rediscover one of their songs I haven’t heard in a while I fall in love with the group all over again

Chlo

It's like battle of the voices in this song, they all sound incredible. When one member comes in with the high notes another one comes in even better. It gives you goosebumps.

Amanda Michelle

E-man cracks me up, trying to explain music. Jody, don't listen to him. LOL! I have a BA in Music so it's terribly painful to listen to him try to explain. LMAOOO! To clarify, "crescendo" means to gradually grow louder and "decrescendo" means to gradually grow softer....it's not speaking of PITCH of a note but the VOLUME or loudness/softness of notes. So, yes, Jimin (and the others at different times) go up in pitch as well as in volume and those are the climaxes of the song. They are executed so beautifully here. This is one of my favorite songs...I'm so grateful y'all reacted to it and shared it with us!! Now, my absolute favorite song is "Let Go." Here's a link to a great LIVE performance of it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EtQfU4RrhoI You'll notice the choreography is more of a modern-type of lyrical dance, so JIMIN definitely shines in this! He practically ice-skates across the stage, he's so smooth! Honestly, though, all the guys are very impressive with this expressive choreography!

Zaria Weber

Wait a minute, when did you guys react to House of Cards?? Is it in another tier

Zaria Weber

You guys have to listen to Crystal Snow ! It’s another underrated Japanese song by BTS and Jin’s triple high note sends me into orbit every single time! 😩💜👌

Jodys Corner

We did it last week, but I chose not to drop it. I got carried away

Jodys Corner

Lol. Ok, so its just volume? Fancy way of saying it. Lol. I guess the "softness" part is different than volume too. Thanks for the info Amanda. E man is crazy af!

Jodys Corner

That sons was amazing! Deep, sad and emotional.

Jodys Corner

JK? Fashoooo. He is a good writer then. He shoukd write more

Zaria Weber

Awww man ! I would have loved to see that 😂💯

Zaria Weber

Oh you must’ve said some wild things 😂😂😂

Rozaliyah

Pretty sure 'Magic Shop' is another one of his Beautiful love song to ARMY

Zaria Weber

Ok one more question then I’ll leave you alone but what did you think about the vocals in the song ?

peachmin88

Jody, please react to Lie by Jimin. Fair warning that the lyrics are very sad since it reflects the time when Jimin couldn't be his true self. Would love to know your thoughts on it. It's truly inspiring to see how far Jimin has come from then to now! There is only a live performance which I'll link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5iUUVpoysQM&ab_channel=Queen

Aicha Karamoko

Love your reaction please react to magic shop amazing song 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Amanda Michelle

Yeah, just volume. All musical terms, used in WRITING music on paper, are Italian words. For example: crescendo, legato, vibrato, andante, adagio, staccato, vivace, etc. So, yeah, fancy way of saying simple actions used in music. :)

JKLS

This reaction made me so happy cause this is my favorite Japanese BTS song. I believe JK wrote this song or was heavily involved in making it. There’s a Japanese movie of the same name that used this song too. It’s a love story where one of the characters is either already blind or about to lose their sight. I feel like this is the ultimate love song. With lyrics such as “A future without you is a world without color. Filled with monochrome coldness.” And also, “Even the darkness we see is beautiful.” Every line literally is about unconditional love. Hard to pick a favorite line. Thank you, Jody and E-man, for this.

Lief

Beautiful <333 I've been waiting for you guys to discover the group side tracks from the boys!! So much soultouching heavenly music to discover and I love seeing you guys taking it all in. Also great job to whoever is doing the recommendations, so good 💜 Also E-man being passionate about Jin, he acts all hard but some things he says are really heartwarming

Jodys Corner

That movie sounds like the V music video he was in with ayo. The post apocalyptic one.

Wendy Cabebe

Lol, I was laughing when you first said you were tingling with Jimin in the beginning. I’m like, wait til you get to the later part of the song when they all hit the highs. Love this song. As for V, in his episode with Suchwita, Suga mentioned how the BTS songs are pretty much in a higher key, so V didn’t really have a chance to be in his lower register for a lot of the songs. Love that he got to showcase that deeper range more with his solo songs. Thank you for this reaction. Their Japanese songs hit different. Let Go is another great Japanese song if you folks get to it someday.

VancityGal

It's such an important song to us. If you could edit out whatever you don't feel comfortable sharing we'd LOVE to see it.

VancityGal

Magic Shop is one of those special Army songs that always hits. JK is a great writer. 💜

VancityGal

The B sides are often 10 times better than the big hits.

VancityGal

Been waiting for this one for a long time. I really appreciate the convo here comparing different singers. I've been a fan of all of them at one time or another or a lifelong fan of some. I think what E-man was trying to convey was that a crescendo is an increase in volume. It's often accompanied by vocal ascension. This means they go higher but also add volume as they go. Decrescendo would be to make the sound softer. Anyways, great video and thanks for giving Jin some love. 💜

VancityGal

I don't know why I've become the Jin cheerleading squad here, but I wanted to mention since you already watched House of Cards, that the way Jin descends from a minor note to a major note on the part where he sings "No Way, No Way, No Way," is very hard to do. It's really impressive to me as a singer and I've seen a lot of vocal coaches mention it in their reviews.

Jaxyn

Great reaction! All their voices sounded beautiful and your right Jody the rap line did a wonderful job complementing them!

Ruth

This is so beautiful but unfortunately the video sticks half way through and wont play for me. Am I the only one experiencing this? I was so disappointed not to be able to hear it all as I love your BTS reactions.

Mazouri Beasley

I watched the entire thing. What device are you viewing on?

JKLS

Oh yeah, that’s true! Never realized that. Lol. 😂 The Japanese one came out in 2020, during the pandemic.

Jana

Jimin is on another level ❤️‍🔥

Melissa Torres

same for me on my phone n computer i had to get out and skip over 5 minutes

Jessie

Thanks Jody and Eman for your passionate reaction, nice to see both of you admiring and enjoying the song. All of them deliver beautifully. Jimin stands out on this song. If you like to see V's high notes, you might want to check his solo song 'Stigma'

Jessie

i'm also having problem viewing on my samsung s24 ultra and on my PC, always stops on V's line at 5:03, i was able to watch it by forwarding a few minutes to watch your reactions.

Mazouri Beasley

I just tried on my samsung and it did it. I originally watched it on my iPad so I think it's only stopping on samsungs but it's okay on apple products

Joe

There is another live video of this song and there the singing quality is much better than this may the audio effect and in that all the vocal line killed this. This is one of my fav songs of bts

Ruth

Thank you for your reply. I am viewing on my HP laptop.

Ana

Busan Concert next pls

Ruth

Eureka! I have watched through a different browser. Thanks.

Zaria Weber

You and me both !! I’m so glad they are seeing that Jin isn’t just “there”

Jodys Corner

I noticed that when trying to fins a good quality busan concert video....

Renata Sousa

Has anyone seen the two versions of the Busan Concert? The Weverse version and the Amazon version?

Jodys Corner

Amazon? Lol..... i never thought to check Amazon!

Renata Sousa

Yes, there is also on Amazon. But I wanted to know if there was any difference between the two versions? Because on Weverse it was filmed in real time and on Amazon maybe there is editing, you know what I mean?

Chlo

The Amazon version is the same as what was shown when it was in cinemas I think.

Chlo

The full Busan concert is on Amazon Prime and it's good quality too.

peachmin88

the video is different on my HP laptop using Chrome. it won't let me rewind or fast forward or change video quality. I also can't see the time stamp of the video at all anymore. which is frustrating when I can't find where I left off on a video :/

D R

Really love how all the members just shined for me in this song. I feel like Jin gets a little more attention on their Japanese songs since he really shines on them. Really love how rapline had their soft gentle raps in here and how the vocal line got to shine. Film out is my fave Japanese single, but this song is a close second.

Amanda Anonyuo

Love how y'all took the time to analyze their voices and the lyrics. This is such a moving song and the WAY they sang it is just breathtaking. It's so cool to hear your thoughts on their voices...I agree 100% on all of it, especially the part about how the rappers really toned down their style of rapping to fit the emotion of the song. I love when they do that. They especially got better at that in their later songs.
