Superman + E-Man + The Sopranos= 🔥. Chris is definitely a hot head and he's dealing with mental issues somewhat. Also if he wasn't related to Tony he would have been wacked a long time ago. I have to disagree with E-Man about it being stupid with Chris being happy about his name being in the paper. He's been putting in work for years and finally felt like he's accomplished something to get even more recognition amongst his peers. That mom is definitely annoying and the Uncle well I can't say to much because that's in spoiler territory. I agree it was an ok episode. It wasn't bad, but it could have been better. So far 8/8 overall. Can't wait for Episode 9.

The therapist at the end is talking about a real Jewish mobster named Lepke Buchalter. Who was the leader of the Jewish end of a group the newspapers called Murder Inc. They were a group of Jewish and Italian hitmen who killed for the Jewish and Italian mob in the 30s to the 50s across the country. The leader of the Italian hitmen of that group was Albert Anastasia who was also the underboss at that time in the Gambino family. Murder Inc was dismantled after most of them were in prisoned and executed along with Lepke and the informant who brought most of them down was also killed while in police custody. Anastasia would go on to kill his boss and be boss of the Gambino Family but was himself killed while at the barber getting his hair cut.

Yeah he had the names the earthquake and the mad hatter by mobsters and lord high executioner by the newspaper. Told his reputation. And you were talking about WW2. He was a part of that also even joined the us army. But mostly to distance himself away from the murder inc trials that was going on. But he was known for killing his own men. And 3 Captains heard they were targeted by him to be killed and they got together and struck first. They heard it from another captain who was given that order. The books and wiki pages will say it was crazy joe gallo from the colombo family who did it. But it was not him but a different Joe Gallo who was one of the Captains targeted by Anastasia. And used some guys in his crew to kill him. After he was killed they reported to the other Captains in the Gambinos that they were involved. Then sent messages to the other families and they had a Mafia trial with a bunch of guys from different families and found that they acted in self defense. Carlo Gambino would be appointed boss by the other 4. Until the Captains voted for who they wanted. But they were mostly fine with Gambino except one captain but he would later be killed. And 1 of the 3 Captains would become Gambinos underboss.

Capo is spelled correct. The boss positions are capos. Capo di tutti capi is boss of bosses. After 1930 that position no longer existed. Capo Bastone for underboss Capo Famiglia the boss. But capo mostly is referred to the capo regimes who were the captains
