Yeah Charm is finally realizing how his somewhat dictatorship in the restaurant was affecting him and the relationships with his coworkers and family members. Richie you can tell is taking it even more harder and is more attached to that restaurant because of Mikey. Jody "I want Sydney to get the restaurant and Charm leaves to open his own hole in the wall." 📝 Got it. I know how this season ends so we'll see if he's correct. Solid episode overall and I can't wait for the next one.

I like this season way more than last season there's even an episode later in the season that I cried buckets.I won't give spoilers but I think this season is more realistic.

If you enjoy some of the realistic aspects of the restaurant business but in a dramatization way then yes. Small aspects of a Hell's kitchen. But some decent character development overall.

I was so bored last season sugar giving birth was my favorite episode. This season I felt was more relatable and had more heart.
