To be honest I don't even know how Carm would be without this restaurant. Even though he doesn't have the passion we haven't seen anything else in this show that he has passion for. It was definitely a blue ball finale and one of things that I didn't particularly like was we didn't get any information about this so called "plan" from Carm to get them out of debt. Season 5 is scheduled to be released in 2026. This episode was cool. It was a B and the season overall B+.

I think Carmy enjoyed cooking when he was younger but, picked any career to get out of that house and away from his mom. As he got older he realized he lost the passion for it. It was only about survival. I think Sugar worried about Carmy after what happened to mikey so she's glad is stepping away rather than making a permanent decision.

Decent finale. Really good character stuff but was missing info about the restaurant and the situation with the uncle and the financials of it all. We have to wait till Season 5 to find out. This season was better than 3 but not 1 and 2.
