I played the games. And it was a war that caused it. The stories in the games tell the story of different vault dwellers in each game. And they take place in different states. You learn in the games that all of the vaults were for different experiments the government was doing. New Vegas i think shot down the nukes so looked more intact

Stopped after 2 episodes aswell but I’d recommend “Industry” got that toxic shxt like The Idol/Euphoria mixed with some succession it follows banker and traders life after the stock market crash. It’s a HBO show think you can try it in ur own time or try 2 reacting to two episodes.
