At the point Zoro and Nami are killing it in their characters. As for the song, Luffy in then anime did say that he remembered that song from Shanks and his crew. This was a solid episode overall and I gave it a B.

In the anime in sabodey they were talking about Gold Roger and brook said he does remember a rookie pirate by the name of Roger… Brook left laboon 50 years ago Roger died as king 20 years ago Brook did not get to witness the rise of Roger… Brook had died with his crew revived and got stranded lost on his boat in the foggy sea alone got his shadow snatched then a few years later met Luffy

Sorry to burst your bubble, but Brookes has always been considered black for a very long, long time and we are happy to have the Soul King in live action. Also, you hate Usopp in the anime for being a coward but in the live action you are upset at him for not being cowardly enough? Make it make sense brutha. Btw. Crocus is played by the Blackfish from game of thrones. And the clothes the Straw Hats wear across the whole season are designs that Oda colored from various cover arts. It would get boring to see them wear the same shit all the time. As for your song conspiracy, you are reaching hard lol. Its just a popular pirate song that everyone in that world knows, nothing more, nothing less. Love yall's funky reactions.

The accuracy of the art matters. Regardless of how I personally feel about a character. Usopp not being accurate (cowardly enough) is more important to me than liking him because he is less cowardly in the live action. ...... Hope that made sense to you.

Brook has always been considered black. Black and British to be specific. It’s gonna help yall in the long run at not being thrown off by these live action castings if you understand that Toei Animation that created the anime (and a lot of anime) naturally colors different races characters with a paler complexion so they look tannish. It may not be the norm in an anime like Naruto or Bleach but it is in One Piece. Even Mr.1 is supposed to be darkskin and that nigga barely brown in the anime. Thats how it is in Japan bc of colorism lol. Toei studio is even getting a lot of backlash for it currently bc they continually lighten Usopp every arc to the point that he’s Nami’s complexion at times. Usually they denote that a character is black by some racism facial feature (Usopp and Brook’s lips, Igaram’s nose)
