Love your reaction as always. I know you guys are not a fan of the entire album but RM had said in an interview that he understands that this album is not for everyone. Some will love the first half while some may love the second half.

'Hope on the Street' docu-series on Amazon might be a good watch for you to get a better insight into J-Hope. It's a fun watch about him rediscovering his dance roots by revisiting his influences. Also his documentary on Disney+ called; 'J-Hope in the Box' is a good watch.

I think J-Hope had pressure on himself to always be the happy, fun, smiley guy in BTS. Like his name he had to be "hopeful", so any other emotions would be tucked aside because that wasn't what he wanted to portray. In their 2026 BTS Wired Autocomplete interview the members said "he wasn't the type to be super energetic before debut." "He followed his name after debut." The documentary definitely didn't show who they were working with on the album. They worked with all sorts of producers and writers but for some reason none of them were shown in the documentary, only pdogg was. Also they only showed the process of their last week or two of being in LA because that's when Jin arrived. A lot was missing in the documentary, probably over a months worth of the album work and process was left out sadly.

I would definitely recommend watching one of their online live concerts they did for this tour. You may not like some of the selection of songs but it's BTS and they put on a good show! You never know, it might even change your mind about seeing them live in person yourself.

You guys don’t really watch older bts content but J-hope has spoken up about the burden he feels being j-hope a couple of times. Also these are superstars they are not going to get on camera and bare their lives for all to see, Beyoncé doesn’t do that, Adele, and many more. You guys seem to have an obsession with wanting to see the boys tear one another apart so bad. Like especially e-man or however his name is spelt, if everytime you watch bts content you “detect” bullshit then nigga stop reacting and get an actual job.

Yeah they have their faves, like everyone does but they still take their time to react to the other members and BTS as a whole.
