No spoilers but I cheated and looked at wiki on season 5 and there were 3 other couples that were engaged but did not air them. One couple was completely taken out because the female sued them saying her fiancee sexually assaulted her in Mexico and the company did nothing to help her and felt imprisoned and forced to stay. The other couples were Renee Poche and Carter Wall. Poche also filed a lawsuit against the company for almost the same thing. And Paige Tillman and Josh Simmons. Looks like most of the seasons have couples that were engaged but not aired.
