Think it’s very difficult to see on a first watch but looking at this several years later I notice at the point sasuke and naruto clash with the rasengan - chidori.. There’s a moment sasuke was going to stab naruto with his other hand but he pulled it and punched him instead. That shows how sasuke truly feels about naruto as a person and friend someone precious he wants to “PROTECT” it’s seriously mature and unspoken but there are subtle hints towards how each one cares for the other and the bond is truly something remarkable.

Sasuke in that form kinda looked like a upcoming character that would be introduced. I'm not surprised that Jody didn't feel anything during that moment between Naruto and Sasuke. Like 4 said it's more one sided and they act as comrades. More will be revealed in time. Another Akatsuki member appeared at the end. It's getting juicy. 🔥 episode and it's A-.

Its a open hand and not a closed finger stab position but close to it. I think its just him reaching in but I can see how you can kindve see that at first plus sasuke eye expression looks more intense to hit him then someone with questioning doubt to change from a stab to a punch
