With all due respect you guys haven’t listened to a ton of songs but if you did you’d know suga is the one who says what he wants when it’s his time to rap in a song and has no filter when it comes to rapping . I feel like that’s why people say he isn’t holding back because he isn’t he’s been doing this and talking shit on his songs sense their debut and their cyphers and lyrics show it all. you guys just have to dive deeper into their songs his parts specifically to know that I’ll look forward to it in the future 👍🏾💜

You’ve only watched one suga solo and decided that he’s ‘holding back’ , all the members have their own style and freedom on their solo work , it’s 100% them , put them back together as a group there’s a shared split , therefore they have songs that , for example, are less suga and more jimin (vocal) then there’s songs where they’re more suga (rap) , then you have all our songs that are just rap line which are completely different to vocal line only songs , and these are the songs you haven’t reacted to at all , so to sit there and pretend to know it all abt suga or any of the rap line tbh is crazy ? Sometimes with all due respect, you need someone who actually fully understands bts and the way there music/ them as a group work together to be with you while you make these wild assumptions.

The second song was Baepsae/Silver Spoon. Please react to that one. It's one of their most political songs and there's no MV. So maybe do the dance practice, an analysis of the lyrics and a live performance with the dance moves. 💜

I love this medley performance! I highly recommend a reaction to Baepsae. Since it does not have an official music video, I suggest reacting to the dance practice and try to guess the meaning of the song. Long comment sorry in advance☠️: I definitely wouldn’t say their careers are held back at all due to the lack of English. They’ve gotten this far not singing in English and that’s an amazing feat. I think they’d lose part of their identity if they became focused on singing in English, their English lyrics will never be as meaningful as their Korean lyrics because it’s not their first language and meaningful lyrics written by them is part of why they even are where they are with the fan base they have. I think the way yall are thinking about it is how they would catch more attention from the general public cs I agree that singing in English would catch their attention( dynamite, butter) but a solid fan base is better than the short attention span of the general public. Gp typically moves on to the next big thing. I think it’s better to get ppl interested in the music they make instead of conforming into what the gp will listen to. And it’s working haha they have yalls attention even if you prefer English lyrics and I think that’s a win💜

I'm jumpin in because I see other people ranting to you about SUGA. I think we should all find a middle ground and maybe we can agree that SUGA and also the other boys put on a different hats for different things. When SUGA's in the group, he holds a greater brand. I think the boys are all conscious of representing the BTS brand, but I don't think any of us should or have to doubt they don't love the BTS brand. Sometimes it may overwhelm them and feel bigger than their personal selves, but it's just not one of those fabricated boyband cases where it's the contract that bounds them down. The boys built that brand themselves and what they wanted to represent as a group.

It's true what others say though, that even BTS as a band has pushed boundaries and been controversial. Just mostly in a more responsible way. I imagine for BTS song discussions, Jimin pops up and says "guys please, kids will be tuning in too". (Except for the Cyphers, the rappers really didn't hold back on there and they put all of those on official BTS albums).

ABSOLUTELY! The English songs are good, but hardly meaningful or moving. But the Korean lyrics always go deep and the MUSIC itself is so much more beautiful. I can't wait til Jody and E-man hear their B sides.

It's true, US don't play them enough here unless the company pays radio to do it for them, which is not gonna happen. Also you keep saying that Jimin seems like the member least interested to learn English, but that's not true. He was the first member to have a solo appearance on Jimmy Fallon and did an English interview with him. He also has an English version of Like Crazy on his album and he has continually mentioned he's taken English lessons.

I just wanted to mention that we love these reactions! Sorry if it feels like we’re jumping down ur throats lol especially when it comes to our precious Yoongi 🐱, but it’s coming from a place of love. It’s us being passionate about the guys and we know that once you dig deeper you’ll realize like we did there’s soo much under the surface you haven’t touched yet! I give y’all both credit (especially Jody) cus even when y’all make incorrect assumptions you keep digging and learning more and aren’t afraid to say “wow I was wrong/I misunderstood it”. You don’t wanna say your opinion on Jin but imma speak mine 1. No stage presence 2. Worst dancer out of the seven 3. Worst vocalist out of the 4 (although some songs he sounds better than JIMIN but jimin is in 3rd place anyway) 4. WWHandsome no doubt but he’s not in my top 4 picks 5. He’s top 3 personality and nice to look at. Being the weakest link in BTS performance wise is still better than the outside world’s average so Jin is still winning at the end of the day

There is no English 'album'. They have 3 English language songs: Butter, Dynamite and Permission to Dance. The lyrics and I think most of the music was written by American songwriters/producers.

What I like about Jin is that he is actually great in live performances, on stage, because of his voice. It is very strong and provides solid base to rely on. His personality is what I love the most - his sense of humour, his energy to make the others feel good and how he is the oldest, yet not exploiting it. But when he does, it's usually hilarious. I watched a video compiling him using his 'hyung card' and it really showed how different he could be if he wanted. He chooses not to and I have respect for that. I do love his The Astronaut solo, and I didn't think I would!

Nah we need more Jimin because if anyone reminds people of MJ and Prince it's Jimin. All the guys are crazy talented, but most vocal coaches bias Jimin and many say he reminds them of MJ or Prince for looks and stage presence. The more vids you watch the more you'll see that all the members really shine in different ways. There are different songs and dance practices where certain members shine the most. Jin is usually underrated, but considering he came with no vocal or dance experience, he did damn well and is able to keep up with the members. He and Jimin learned to sing from no experience and Jin also had to learn hard dances. He has already said he knows he's not the best, but he will still give his best always. He and Jimin really shine in Japanese songs ( Film Out and Your Eyes Tell) and his high notes are crazy too. It's okay to share opinions just make sure it's done respectfully. Can't wait for more reactions because you guys have barely scratched the surface with BTS. The more you watch the more you'll love and appreciate what each member contributes to the group.

No one in BTS holds back on stage they give it a 100. They are sharing a stage with 7 members. When they do thier solo performances they get to shine the spotlight on themselves more. You have not seen enough live performances yet of each member. Jin will surprise you too when you see his solo live performances. They were singing all these songs in Japanese because this was in Japan. Enjoy BTS more has English subtitles to most live performances so I would recommend checking out her channel first for live performances.

I feel that Suga is multifaceted when it comes to music. One common theme is always his lyrics and how deep the meanings are behind them, not necessarily just how hard they are delivered. Don’t beat yourself up Jody. Suga does hit hard so I understand where you are coming from with thinking he’s holding himself back. But he really isn’t, there are just so many sides to Suga/Yoongi/Agust D and he gets to fulfil them all through solo work, BTS as well as external artists too. He has so many sides he has to use 3 names!

Also I know that both you and E-Man have a deep rooted love for rap. So when you start exploring the rap line, which I know you will enjoy. It’s worth also watching the explanation video’s by DKDKTV. Just like western rap, they also use a lot of cultural references which add a deeper meaning to those who understand them. So think if you watch the explanations you will understand it on a whole new level, which I think for you guys would be important as I know the message behind the bars is just as important for you. Don’t panic too much, the videos are only about 5 mins and you could just stick em on Patreon

Umm I don't agree with what u have said Jin is amazing he's not the worst dancer jhope even said he's good and singer jins fucking amazing 👏 💜 I love jimin he is my everything but he does not belt like Jin 💜 vocal coaches have said Jin has a silver voice and that he's good and he has amazing stage yes he's not over Dancing or showing his abs or thrusting his hips like other members don't put down one member just because u only love one 💜 its ot7 all the way that's true army we don't put down any members 💜

If you put dancing abilities in order from 1 through 7 he’s in seventh place, (hence worst dancer) he still is a decent dancer and works hard when it comes to outside standards

for me, taehyung is the worst vocalist, jin and jimin are 1 and 2 just based on my preference, but in terms of vocal aptitude i would say jin and jungkook.

It always frustrates me when people downplay Jin's vocal abilities. He's an excellent vocalist and as a singer myself, I know how hard some of the things he does are and he does them with such ease. For example, his shifts from falsetto into chest voice on House of Cards are 👌🏾 A lot of people think he's straining when he sings but he's not and to be able to belt those super high notes like he does in Crystal Snow is something extremely difficult for most male singers. He probably has the best vocal technique of all the members. I say that because he was so behind in the beginning and really relied on vocal coaches to catch up to the others. You can tell he took the vocal lessons to heart. That doesn't mean I'm calling him the best singer in the group or saying the others don't have good technique. I don't want to make it a competition so I won't. Just know, critics call him the Silver Voice for a reason and he has the second most stable vocals on stage. You can always count on him on stage. We need Jin's power ballads! Everyone shines in their own way in BTS. 💜

As for the vocal line jungkook is absolutely tops but Jimin has the most unique vocals. I wouldn’t put him over V just different because Jimin is so unique and that in my opinion would have to leave Jin last although very talented as well. However, if we’re going with all around best I’d have to pick Jimin for his dancing, unique vocals, and beauty.

Suga has so many different sides. There are times when he is super savage with BTS! It really depends on the mood that he is in. For example, at their Busan show, he and RM were cussing up a storm on stage. And Hobi, fresh off of Lollapalooza was in rare form. You all just need to see more performances.

Loved seeing your smiles while watching this 😊 live performances are all abt the vibes and enjoying the performance. I went to PTD Las Vegas day 1 and 2 - most magical days of my life. BTS concerts are a whole other experience. Also on the water throwing, they do it a lot! I got water thrown on me by Suga/Yoongi/AgustD at his DDay concert in LA, like being blessed 😂
