My decision on 3 x 12 post credit scene (Patreon)
Content
Edit - I am not BLAMING anyone. Please do not take this personally. I 100% get that it comes from excitement and wanting me to have the best experience. I truly do appreciate you all and I am not angry or annoyed at anyone. If anything I find it endearing how passionate you all are about the show!
My point is that unless confirmed by the show or my own comments - it's always best not to state something as 100% going to happen. I don't want anyone to feel upset or think this is targeted at them as this is not the case at all ❤️

Thank you for your input on 3 x 12 post credit scene.
Truthfully - I am going to go with my initial plan which was to watch all post credit scenes. If it's there then it's designed for me to watch it regardless of it being a teaser.
What I do want to discuss is how I never would have known this scene crops up again if people hadn't told me not to watch it for that reason. I get the good intentions but that has subsequently spoiled things for me. I might have just presumed it was a flashback or something far later in the future of the show. Or may have been nothing more than a brief glimpse that never occurred again.
By telling me it scene for scene shows up in a later episode I now know what to expect somewhat. It takes the mystery out of it.
Again - I understand the good intentions but I would prefer not to know. Ignorance is bliss and all. Not to mention deducing something from a post-credit scene shouldn't be seen as a spoiler. It's engaging my brain. It feels like a similar argument to people telling me I spoiled myself because my theories are too based on evidence that the show has provided or that I spoiled the Reiner reveal because I re-watched S1 and picked up on foreshadowing (yes these are real comments that I've had 😂😅).
Just because I see it doesn't mean I'll grasp it or be 100% right. If I am then it just means I paid attention. It shouldn't take away from the storytelling as a whole and if it does? Then that's an issue with the writing and not me.
I don't think I should have to intentionally hinder myself just because I'm a perceptive viewer. I think ultimately that's unfair and does a disservice to the analysis I provide. But please going forward keep in mind how good intentions may also inadvertently be spoilers ❤️
