The Rod Reiss titan is so cool to me, idk why. I can’t even remember why he’s like that though (been awhile since I’ve seen season 3 and haven’t watched season 4 yet). He’s just so incredibly big that he can’t even walk, just drags himself through the ground, face and all. I do think the shot of his spine curving through the cavern followed by his skull shooting up is one of the coolest shots of the show.

Thank you for your reaction! My favourite part of this episode is when Historia said Eren that she was considering eating him. I like seeing Mikasa’s reaction. She looks aggressive at first but then her face softens because she can empathise with Historia. I wish we were shown more of Mikasa throughout the show.

I am hoping for more Mikasa going forward because she really doesn't get a lot of screen time beyond screaming EREN because he's being kidnapped or in a dangerous situation :(

Queen Historia 😍. She chose to chase her own goals, while also working as the queen. It certainly gives her unique opportunities to do what she wants, even if it's also a very limiting role.

There is something that was “censored” in the anime, and it is the moment in which Levi “asks” historia to be the queen by Erwin's orders, in reality historia in the manga was hesitant and Levi took her by the neck saying that she will be the queen. That's why the dialogue of Mikasa enraged, “when you are the queen you can beat him for me” later. In the anime, the reason for the dialogue is not known and I don't know if it was a good move to put it by omitting the above.

Edit, I went back to check the manga and it's not for the neck, but he grabs her shirt and pulls her up as a way of intimidation, but it's less violent than hanging her. if mikasa already hated him for beating eren, now she has more motives haha

It's lovely to see Historia out of her forced shackles and into her own decisions, even if being Queen is being pressured into her, it still is her choice. In my native language, as in many others "Historia" means History. It's ironic but at the same time sweet that she refused the "power" to know all of History by not following up with the ritual. And by doing so, rewrote the whole human history herself. Lovely reaction as always. Awesome blouse/dress (just hope Junji Ito fans don't get PTSD xD).

I don't believe that Nick ever actually said that Historia KNOWS things, he said that "Only she may know things which we cannot even perceive" as in she is CAPABLE of learning/knowing those things.

My theory, and I don't know if it was ever confirmed, is that he actually had a broken back after the Historia supplex, which messed up his transformation into that nightmarish thing.

I was going to react to it probably before S4 :) I tend to leave the OVA's until then because I get too absorbed in the show! It's never impacted my viewing so probably won't be till after S3 is done.
