Big yes to any whisky-related content! Also, glad to hear you are feeling better.

Also also: I'm not an expert on how to get new subscribers, but personally I often find and subscribe to new creators when I see them as part of one of those multi-person collab videos. So if that anecdotal evidence is any help...

Everything will become clear in time. Good luck.

Thank you for opening up like this, it’s very brave and we are all behind you. Are the Hastings/Vampire videos gaining viewers? Your close up whispering is amazing and (for me) the role play detracts from this. My pennies worth is I wouldn’t start a new channel, you’ve worked hard for the subs you have and it would be a shame to dilute it with another channel. Maybe start a Kofi (think that’s the spelling) account and non patreon viewers could donate? Anyway, my ramble is over, be sure that whatever you do, we will support you.

I'm pretty late to the game replying to this, but I'd just re-subscribed to the Patreon. Guessing Charlette may have decided one way or another, but I figured I'd throw in my two cents. I've seen a few other channels that I liked on different subjects unsuccessfully try to reinvent themselves (within the same subject matter). Longer videos, shorter videos, click-bait thumbnails ("You won't believe!")...and still sit at 200k subscribers, but 5-10k views on any particular video. So I don't know if that's the algorithm not prompting people that there are new videos, even if they're subscribed, or something else. I know quite a number of folks who never check their subscription page, and only click what's on their recommended videos on the front page...and I know on my own Youtube home page, a lot of my subscribed channels' new videos never pop up on my homepage (though I check my subscriptions), so I'm inclined to think that this is at least partially Youtube algorithm shenanigans. Granted, I don't know how others go through their ASMR subscriptions, but I'll usually at least check new ASMR videos from subscribed channels out first, regardless of the topic, even if I don't end up watching the whole thing. Regarding more frequent updates...I wouldn't mind as long as it isn't making things more stressful for you, Charlette, but I'm not sure it would necessarily help either. There are a few channels I've unsubscribed to because they were updating once a day or more, and more or less taking over my whole subscriptions page. In those cases, I prefer to unsubscribe and just check them occasionally. ...I'm not sure if I have an end point to this, or if it is just unconnected observations... I guess what I'm saying is that starting an additional channel may seem unintuitive, but I'm not sure it would necessarily put you in a worse or better place than posting all videos on your main channel if only a few thousand people end up checking out what's being posted there. You could always try it out for a while, and if it doesn't work out, it gives you a backlog of things to re-upload to the main channel. Hopefully you've gotten some good advice from the ASMR creator discord server you'd mentioned. All the best, either way. :)
