Hey bambinos! How are you all this morning?

Welp...I have the lurgy! Haven't been feeling A1 since Monday...I don't think it's the 'spicy' virus as it feels different to that...so I am taking it easy this week to try and get it out my system quickly! Fingers crossed I am back to myself by the end of the week as I have so much I want to film for you!

Anyone have any old home remedies for feeling better quickly?

In other news, some of the gym clothing arrived today which I am so excited about! (Thank you to everyone who ordered those items off my throne list!) Just waiting for a few more bits to arrive and then I can film the try on/stretching video! I'm going to try and make it so everyone can follow along with it if you want to. I'm not a yoga master or anything, I just do what feels good for me at that time which can be a bit all over the place but hopefully you'll get the gist!

Ouch. Get well soon. I am a firm believer that a good cup of tea can solve pretty much 90% of all problems. Unless it gets crazy bad in which case blankets, snacks and cartoons are the only solution.

This might sound strange but putting vapor rub on your feet then socks on seems to help with a cold. I have no scientific backing on this and it may just be placebo but it does seem to help with colds. Also, hope you make a speedy recovery!!

I must have sent this to you via the internet!! I think good ASMR on a loop helps, plus all the comfort things we do.

Hope you feel better soon x Ginger! Sorts everything out. You can get these ginger shots now, which are really strong pressed ginger juice and will blow your socks off, highly recommended.

Wish I stretched b4 bed last night. My mid back and left shoulder are sore. I was with the toddlers yesterday SO I WAS MOVING!🙄😅. They look small but they all move very fast at the same time. I was feeling the icky a few weeks ago, got over it quickly tho(thank F***😅). Stay chill, don't overextended yourself. That's all I got.

Oh no! Hope you feel better soon. I don't have any special treatments; just drinking lots of water and getting plenty of rest. ❤️

Feel better!!

Strangely, I find going for a run to return to a hot shower and water/tea afterwards helps. Millage may vary; I'm the type that cranks the heat all the way up when I shower.

Oh no! Wishing you a swift recovery! Loads of tea and some good old vitamin c and zinc usually do the trick for me.

Get well soon!. Tis the seasons, they are a changing and the body lags behind adapting....

I swear by zinc + Vit D boosting. Lots of people are deficient without even knowing.

Raw egg, honey, hot sauce and bourbon will fix anything.
