This video is part of a 3 part series which will feature all of the exercise outfits that were purchased from my throne list! I decided to change it up a bit, so instead of doing a traditional try on haul, I would try each outfit on whilst actually using them!

This videos features a softly spoken narration with gentle music over the top whilst I perform the stretches. I am in no way shape or form knowledgeable about yoga or the anatomy of correct stretches, I just do whatever feels good for my body :D
