Its Friday! 🥳

Do you have anything exciting happening this weekend?

Tonight I am off to the cinema (as per usual!) to see that M3EGAN film....why the E has been replaced with a 3 I will never know...! But before that I am going out for a a cheeky pizza at Prezzo with Mr. WA...!

Saturday I have babysitting duties....I'm looking after my nephew but he's super easy to look after as he's at that age where all he does is play on the playstation! 😂

Sunday is badminton as per usual and movie night! Though I am looking for ideas on what to watch (that's on streaming) - have any of you watched anything good recently?

The Pale Blue Eye is very good.

Nope, nothing going on. Just going to try a d recover from being sick and probably go grocery shopping. Haven't watched anything new in awhile, so unfortunately nothing to suggest from me.

It's not a movie but in my opinion each episode is movie quality, "The Foundation" on apple TV was incredible. Based on Issac Asimov's book "The foundation"

That sounds like a fun weekend! For good streaming content, honestly it's felt like a content desert lately. Andor was the last thing I really enjoyed, but I have a soft spot for Star Wars and really enjoyed Rogue One.

Rear window - amazon prime. You might have to rent it but it should only be a few pounds and its a classic! The tension building is masterful and shows how .uch can be achieved in such a small set.

Can't help with the streaming bit, gave up on that a while ago, but if you can find it on Amazon or Netflix or wherever I'd HIGHLY recommend The Drop, starring James Gandolfini and Tom Hardy. Also if you are into older movies, Friedkin's 'Sorcerer' is great, although I find like all his films it could use a bit of editing and tightening-up. I think you've inspired me to get a pizza myself this weekend!

Going to see the Spurs (US Basketball no UK soccer) break the attendance record for an NBA game! Should be a good one, win or lose.

Not much planned for the weekend to hot, so trying to stay cool and not do too much. Saturday morning over here(🇦🇺) and bracing myself for another hot one of 41 °C. 🥵 Looking forward to the The Last of Us tv series based off the games that is being released on the 15th on HBO. All the early reviews of the first episode suggest it should be good. Big fan of the games! So looking forward to it.

Hmm pizza .... anyway Netflix - 1899 , 10 episodes, well worth the binge, cliffhanger at end changes everything .... :-)

The last two good shows I watched on Netflix were 'Midnight Mass' and 'Archive 81'. 'Devs' on Hulu was really good as well 🍿

Ha! The kids I look after are at that age where they love to play 20 questions every 2 seconds🤣 So for me I got my brother coming down Saturday. Then I gotta go visit my aunt. Gonna collect a few things she doesn't want that my dad would like, I'll help him get em. But other than that I just wanna rest. Go for a winter walk. Have a chilled out weekend.
