MY ANSWER:

Smartest.

I feel like the wisdom would eventually lead to richness if you applied it in the right place (like that film with Bradley Cooper LIMITLESS)

I have to say richest. As an adhd+autistic person my "smartness" is something that is actually rather hindering. No one likes you ir you actually know a lot of things and talking to average people becomes like watch YouTube at . 25 speed at all times

You will probably end up wealthy either way. It is a matter if you want to stay wealthy. If you're like Bruce Wayne or Ozymandias, you can stay wealthy. If you are just winning a huge lump sum, you will end up poor.

If we are just talking being the same as we are now, richest. Being smart does not help me if I cannot harness it.

I am neither the richest not the smartest, so if I choose the smartest, I will be the smartest, but I won't be any richer, therefore it is not worth it. If I choose the richest, I will be the richest, but with the same levels of smartness/intelligence I have now, which I am content with. Therefore the obvious choice is Richest, you have the most to gain.
