MY ANSWER:

Essentially this is the life of someone on the run right? Or someone in prison? This is a hard one....I LOVE the outside; hiking, swimming in the sea etc etc - I also love my family..... I really want to pick never see your family or friends again but the introvert in me is telling me "na, you'll be alright!" ..........SO HARD! So I'll take the moral high ground and choose, never go outside again.

Both options suck. I guess never go outside again since I really don't do much outside. At least I could try and make friends on the internet that could visit me. Not going outside again is an extremely unrealistic option though...

Never see family and friends again I was… problematic in my youth so distance would do everyone some good

Never going outside. A lack of social connection is detrimental to a person's development, which stems from our evolution as social creatures.

I'm not even that into being outside. I'd miss it if I never went outside, but I could manage with sufficient money and a big enough inside. Lots of people seem keen to go to Mars, which is both, weirdly.
