Friday I was home alone as Mr WA was on a stag do (bachelor party) so I had a pamper and watched “Blonde”

Mostly recovering from holiday and Bank Holiday falls on the crossfit Murph workout. 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups and 300 squats and another 1 mile run. I have a massage booked then it's unlimited food and sleep booked for the rest of the day. I was going to ask about hypnotic. Seems like a dumb man's inception?

That sounds like a great weekend. I took a forced break from the computer on Saturday which was much needed. That Godzilla game looks really fun.

We had a family bbq yesterday which was nice. Saturday had friends over for gaming; we continued our Frosthaven campaign. Friday just chilled out at home with my wife, which is also the plan for today. :)

I cleaned up my yard and garden 🌻 Our lilac bush finished blooming and now our summer flowers are growing 😊 and I fed the little birds 🐦
