Frances

Well, congrats first of all!!! 🥳 Im gonna think of a good question 🤔☺️

Zee

Way to go! Do you know how much joy you bring into people’s lives? That’s it, that’s my question. Take care of yourselves out there, and a big thank you for being joyful, thoughtful, and caring.

Jonathan Weber

Yay! How did you two meet and become friends?

Jacqui Chesterton

Every single one of those 30k are so richly deserved! 1, what are the one or two pieces of queer rep that have been most significant to you personally? 2, what's your BHAD (big hairy audacious dream) for the channel?

Stian Kristoffersen

Wow! A massive milestone!! Congrats👏🎉 Did you ever imagine anything like this? You have seen a lot by now; is it possible to rank your top five shows/movies?

Noah

What's your hope for future queer representation/what direction do you want media to go in with it? Are there any specific things that you want to see represented?

Sarah Vallance (Accessible Yoga with Sarah)

Congratulations - so well deserved, I’m new to your channel and your reactions have bought me so much joy! My question - Which piece of queer media has had the biggest impact on you both (whether it’s music, tv, or film)? By impact i mean: lightbulb moments, things that helped you understand yourself better, changed your view of the world, etc…

Ali Laura

Yay! That's awesome! Congrats! 😀🎉🏳️‍🌈

Diane Furlong

Congratulations Guys! How did you learn about editing, filming etc. Was that part of your studies while at Uni? Alex I guess I need to put this in past tense, did your day job skills help with learning about the YouTube channel? Josh do your day job skills help you with the YouTube work. Thanks Guys! I’m so Happy for you both!

Naava

What do you enjoy most about working on the channel? What is the biggest difference in opinion that you've had to tackle between you two while working on it?

Sarah Pocock

Hey guys congrats on the 30K I was just wondering how u guys become such good friends and how long have u been friends for? Once again congratulations and I love ur videos so much xx

Charles Gage

Congrats! You two are a great team. I have seen other teams doing reaction videos that are only marginally interesting. You have found the right combination of humor, timing, clip selection, and video length, to make it all work. That's talent. I have told many of my friends about your channel and forwarded some of your postings to others. As a sidebar, I am still laughing at this one and have sent it to a number of friends - in RW&RB, in the "penetrating" scene, Alex deadpanned, "He's in." Seriously, I lost it. We all knew "that time." Then, a moment later, in response to douching, Josh remarks, "... cleansed by God!" Because, after all, anyone in the monarchy is only there because of Divine Order. Too funny! Thanks for all the very entertaining videos! Chuck (from the other side of the pond)

Starla Morgan

Hi there! So exciting!!! I would like to know what job Alex had before full time editor? And what is your other job, Josh? Thank you both for the laughs and fun!

L Archibald

Congratulations 🍾! So excited for you! I love sharing some of your clips with friends and family. Hopefully they will also subscribe. In Red, White, and Royal Blue reaction, Alex made a comment of being an American. I was wondering what you meant?

Lena Puchas

What did you do professionally (or still do) before Youtube and what gave you the motivation to start Youtube:)

Sara Nissen

If you could make your own series/movie with lets say for starters maybe 5 (or more if you want)characters from any (queer)series/movie you've watched as the main characters(no matter if they were main or side characters in their original series/movie), maybe some that you think would really get along, someone you think could be interesting to see interact because of their differences or whatever reason you have, who would you choose, and what kind of plot would it have?

Grace

Hi I’m grace from Australia my question is how did you guys meet? Thanks for all the videos you do

Aveyonna

In this past year, what has been your top 5 favorite queer media so far, 1 being the best and so on?

Cecília Michelan

Congratulations boys! I have a few questions: Are there any tv shows you'd like to review but have just too many episodes and it's just impractical? What are your favorite queer characters or storylines in non-LGBTQ productions? (also, good idea for a video) What are your favorite characters and LGBTQ films/shows off all time? kiss from Brazil x

Rosie Carlisle

Congrats guys! I have a couple of questions (cheeky)... 1. What is your favourite show/movie that you've reacted to so far on the channel? 2. Do you know what your love languages are?

Chelsea George

Would you like to rewatch any LGBTQ movies/series you saw pre-ASWT? Did any shows/films/characters in particular resonate with you when you were younger? For me, Captain Jack Harkness from Doctor Who and Torchwood was the first LGBTQ character I saw on TV.

LM-Entertainment Australia

congrats!! what international places would you like to travel to if money was no issue?

Frances

I came up with a few 🙈: Do you have a queer role model or someone that you look up to/ inspires you? If you had a drag persona, what would be their names? Would you do a collab with another YouTuber and who would that be? Describe each other in three words. What is a question you wish that people would ask you more/less? Again, congratulations on you well deserved 30k subscribers! Much love from Germany

The Wanton Dogfish

Awesome news. My question: if you could do an 8 out of 10 cats does countdown style takeover of another Youtube channel, who would it be? And who would you like to stand in for you while you do it? Has to be something completely different like Snake Discovery or What About It 🤣

Graham & Ruth May

Congratulations, guys! Well deserved! 🎉👏 Saw this daft but entertaining question on Facebook earlier: If you had to choose a show to be trapped in for a month, which show would you choose to be trapped in and why? Also, what are your personal and professional ambitions for the future? Thanks for everything you do, love your reactions and your friendship. x❤️

Brianna McCready

What was the first queer representation you remember seeing? Were there any shows/books/films that either helped or hindered your coming out journey?

Sam S

What is the funniest/most embarrassing thing that the other person has done when you’ve been on a night out or holiday together?

Matthew Jones

Question: do you think that straight people can't take lgbt jokes in film? I.e. Bros and QForce which actively make jokes with the inside jokes of the lgbt community were panned by critics and most straight audiences because their jokes were based in the lgbtq experience and straight people don't like it when they don't get the joke it seems. In other words, do you think that representation is moving in a way that movies about lgbt people will not yo pander to straight people to be successful and thus continue to be made? Hopefully that is cleat and as my welsh chosen family says, I loves ya and keep staying lush!

Ann Farrelly

Who are some of your favorite characters in the shows/films you’ve reviewed on the channel? Congratulations on the milestone!

Dennis Verner

Congratulations on 30K! Here's to 60K. And now, YR episode 5 please? (that's my question)

Ivy Yap

If it's not too personal, can you share a little bit about how you realized your queer identity and/or your coming-out process? And also how your experiences compare to how things are now for young people.

Chris Metzger

I'm late to the game, so these may have already been asked, but, what made you decide to start a reaction channel? How did you come up with the name "A Story Worth Telling"? At first, your video releases were sporadic at best, what changed that? Were/are one of you more enthusiastic to make videos? Did you ever consider quitting making videos? That's a lot of questions. I'm sorry!

Cody Strimple

Congrats, gays!! 😘 I can’t think of any legitimate hard hitting questions, so wild card: If you could live in the universe of any of the films/shows you’ve reacted to, which would you like to live in? Flipped, which would you absolutely Not ever want to be in?

Heidi Roush

I've been following your channel for over a year now and I am so grateful that your channel exists. I love the great friendship that you have and it's so fun to watch you interact. 1. What is Josh's/Alex's best quality as a friend/human? 2. You met in college, right? 3. What is your favorite content for representation currently on your channel? 4. What is your favorite thing to do when you aren't filming? 5. Why are you both so adorable? 6. Who is your ultimate gay icon? 7. What are your aspirations for the channel? 8. What makes your friendship/working relationship work so well?

Stephen D Sundhausen

If the both of you were stranded on a desert island, would you allow the other to use you as an alternative food source? (asking for a friend.)

Rachel (she her)

Congrats on 30k! Where is your favourite place in London?

LeistonLad

30K awesome! Just wondering what you guys do as a day job?

Marstrand

Congratualtions! 🎉 I was wondering if you ever got a comment from an character/ actor from a show/movie you watched? And do you know if any character/actor have seen your reaction to their show/movie? 😊

Catherine

First of all, thank you for your channel, your insightful comments that both entertain and provoke thought. You've created a wonderful community where it's great to be a part of. I discovered you last year during Heartstopper season 1, and I love discovering or rediscovering films and series with you. I was wondering how the two of you met and how the idea for your channel was born? Furthermore, what are your criteria for choosing a film or series? How do your recording sessions work? Thank you, and keep it up! 🤩

Suzy Dillinger

How did you two meet? How long have you been friends? your chemistry is so perfect. I honestly feel like I'm watching tv with friends. I even talk back to you which cracks up my spouse.

Natalia Karyaka

The best board game to be turned into a drinking game?))

Natalia Karyaka

What's the show (any genre) that one of you loves to watch and the other- absolutely doesn't?

Suze

My question is who is your favourite patron and why is it me?

Anita

What is your favorite show that you have reacted to so far when it comes to 1; entertainment 2; good queer representation?

Shey Newman

In what order do y’all plan on doing the new content?

Rachael H

I want to know how American is Alex? Lol 🙈🤣

Grace Face

Did you ever watch Even’s video for Isak??? “The Boy who couldn’t hold his breathe underwater.” It is super cute! It has been reposted a lot on YouTube and has footage that I don’t think was aired in any episodes. They seem to have ended the Skam show with a very loving and happy relationship.

Jennifer Fell

How did you guys meet? How long have you been housemates? Also how is Alex American!?

Nicole Sadler

Hiii!!! :D How long have you two known each other?!

Oswaldo Guzman

When and why did Alex move to the UK? Where in the US Is he from?

Chris Metzger

I'm not sure if you're still taking questions, but after watching the recently posted uncut video of the Season 1 finale of YR, I have a question for @Alex that I'm not sure has been answered before, so you own an iron? Just kidding! Actually, I was wondering about the big scar on your chest. Have you had heart surgery? If so, why did you need it, and how long ago did you have it?

Chris Madison

I have learned so much about the community which as an older straight person I did not know, even from gay and lesbian friends. I love your reviews, but more I love your intelligent commentary and wish everyone could listen. I'm in the last chapter of my life and it's so good to hear younger people talk with such thoughtfulness and compassion. Maybe after America gets rid of the hate that's going on and is very frightening, people might start listening and appreciating everyone. We have such a long way to go here - I just hold on to the idea that there are younger folks out there who will help the world evolve. Big job for your guys, my generation (the baby boomers) tried and only made a few cracks, so much for people like you to do - keep doing it!

Karen

Do you ever go back to rewatch the shows or movies, without having to do commentary? I know you miss things (like you did with Red, White, & Royal Blue). I definitely pick up things in a second viewing I missed the first time and I'm not doing commentary!

Lou

I would love to know if your friends and family watch your videos (before or after publishing) and if you're getting feedback from them on your content? Unsolicited or not 😁
