Hello. I'm alive. Here is a version of my Moon 2.5 animation with sound and slightly expanded. I have increased the length of the animation to compensate for my "magical" long-term disappearances. In general, I hope you enjoy it.Download: https://mega.nz/file/7VQjwAKL#EqRLiz0v9Mh3YGEuE3B3CCtzxAtMTbi6G0uZ8mP23OA

But I'm not sure I like it. Guys, I'm experiencing some kind of strange mental crisis - this animation, in my opinion, turned out to be bad and raw, it dragged on for 2 months (when in fact there is a maximum of 3 weeks of work here) and it makes me very sad and depressed. I don't understand why the complexity of creating long projects increases exponentially, especially when you have to do everything alone. I'll have to think about optimizing my work, how to organize everything in such a way that I don't get stuck in one place for a long time.

So let's try something. I want to distract myself and open up short free animation requests from me for everyone. Guys, if you want me to make a little animation for you - write to me! I will definitely make animations that will be based on the most interesting ideas that you suggest to me. The main condition is that your idea fits into an animation up to 40 seconds long.

Anyway, I will continue to work on my long-promised animations slowly for now, and I will try to publish updates on them in the near future

I'm intrigued with this idea. If it's a short video, I would love to see a tiny character such as a fairy suddenly growing and outgrowing another character. I don't see a lot of scenarios like that around. Also, do take care. Don't overwork yourself if you're not feeling your best. 😁

When it comes to projects suddenly becoming way too huge, I'm an expert at that! It begins when you have an idea and you don't plan it fully beforehand. You branch off because this or that idea would be cool to add to it. (Then there's experimenting which requires Research & Development time) And then the scene creation gets complex based on what's in it. And then life gets in the way while you keep trying to do your hunt for perfection of the video. And you haven't even done VR stuff yet! Which requires follow-through on things not even on camera! But ultimately, it's because us animators devalue ourselves. Always going into a project expecting to get it done in weeks when we plan a small story out. Well surprise! Anything with story is gonna take at least a month! Scenes strung together? Fast. Story? SLOW. So my tips for making shorter videos: . No story, just focus on their personality and what they might do in a moment. . Plan out the video fully beforehand so you don't improvise while making it. . Blocking technique is insanely powerful for organized speed! Get all the poses necessary for timing done and then everything falls into place much faster. (The amount and detail of blocked poses is up to you as long as you don't focus on tweening flow. Just timing.)

A christmas short where a girl grows taller to put a star on a tree? like less than 10 seconds~ Also burnout isn't uncommon, make sure to take care of yourself!

I just wanted to let you know that I seriously think this animation looks great! Absolutely amazing angles and poses and it gives a lot more content. You might think it's not all that good but trust me when i say i absolutely love it. 😎👍

(I am translating with google. Sorry if it's hard to read.) I am a big fan of this series!✨ The girl's unintentional gigantic growth, destruction, and the accompanying facial expressions all touched my heart!💕 (Especially where she trampled the city while catching a boy.) Your gentle giantess category is invaluable and nothing to worry about. Rather, it is something to be proud of. So I would be very happy if I could see those elements again in a short movie! I will continue to support you. hope everything goes well for you!👍

Hi, thanks for texting me! there's nothing wrong with the fact that you use google translator, I myself have to use it 80% of the time. I am very glad that you like this series. I can say that I still have thoughts for this series, but I will do it sometime in the future when I run out of ideas for other projects

Beladdy

My friend, this is an amazing idea, I will definitely do it! And clearly longer than 10 seconds. Just lovely

Beladdy

Thank you, I'm really glad! It's just that I always keep in mind the idea that you all deserve more from me. it's a shame that I don't always get to make sure of this

Beladdy

This is a very interesting idea! This idea resembles the plot of early animations from the talented LeatherSFM. I'll ask one of my friends to look for fairy character models, but I'll still ask you - maybe there are some specific characters that you would like to see?

Eugenefindit

It doesn't have to be a fairy character or any character specifically. If they just start out being tiny then growing, I honestly wouldn't mind.

Beladdy

It's exactly like you said! Spontaneous thoughts look very good in the head, but when they begin to animate in their raw form, a headache begins. I didn't have any specific thoughts, I just wanted to do something with this character. I had to experiment with the physics of hair in a heavy scene, everything lagged... In general, a complete ass. I didn't even do the blocking animation. I am currently taking one small course on animation, and the blocking technique blows my brain. Especially the stage when you move from sharp (constant) keyframes to smoothed (bezier) keyframes. I can feel the animation timings during the blocking stage, but when it comes time to make the keys smoothed, it's confusing. I think I need to practice this, it seems that my brain is too attached to a simple pose to pose. I'm afraid to even imagine how the work on AR animations that you are doing can go. It turns out you don't have any maneuvers during animation, you have to make everything perfect and you can't cheat! (I mean when the scenes change each other, and with it the lighting in the scene, the position of the characters and poses change). You are doing an incredible job, and thank you for your advice!

AZmaybe9

Thanks! And yeah there's zero cheating in VR! Things get crazy slow! Like that feeling that something is braking your progress and you don't know why feels 1000x worse with VR. For blocking, try to think that you're only putting in details and poses you need. Although; I've learned it's possible to not be detailed enough, in which you do the scene, but redo most of your movements again because they aren't right. (That would be bad use of blocking) Converting to "spline" I'm used to fixing up because I animate usually by getting the basics done overall then chipping in details where necessary. I used to do pose-to-pose, but that can be slow for figuring out where you need to go. (Horrendous for walking) So I usually purposefully move the hips of the character where all the arms and legs break due to positioning, then fix them up. So it kinda works like passes. First pass is BASIC functioning animation. 2nd pass usually polishes it all up. 3rd pass is talking animations that's not too important for timing. (I talk the lines to myself to make sure it feels right) And you are doing an incredible job as well!

Beladdy

Good! I will definitely think about it!

How about growing out of a cramped space like a car or room. Or have a growth competition to see who can reach the top of a building faster. Maybe having some uneven growth might be cool like a character having their feet growth and then their legs and so forth. Just some ideas that might sound interesting. If you choose any that would be really cool. If not that's fine you already do amazing work and have really good suggestions so far.

Beladdy

Growing out of a tight space is something I will definitely do in the near future with my new character Naomi! I'll try to make it as interesting as possible. I also really like the idea of growing in the car, I'll keep that idea and maybe even use it in a little animation

Big Blue (Growthslut)

I'd like to suggest something slow and gentle, a very slow growth of perhaps Naomi just hugging a kitty or other precious animal and growing bigger. It's one of the reasons I loved your Moon animations, they were soft and gentle. <3

babababuschka

I would love to get some more genshin growth since I play the game and love the characters.

that part where she pulled the stocking was so nutz. I literally said wow. since I have never seen it before I know it must have been a pain to make it look so smooth. thank you for your hard work.
