Again, Zig shows her narcissistic side: It's all about her - aren't *you* lucky to be able to bang *me* - not about the other person. And it's all about the quick fix, not about recognizing she really has a severe character flaw that will take significant work to correct. The doc ought to point that out to her: "If you were getting a bit pudgy, you wouldn't expect one salad to fix that - you would know you have to change your diet and exercise routine and stick to it. Well, one salad isn't going to fix this problem either."
