This looks so awesome! So, how much light does Kheil's lightning provide? I.e. what's the drawback for using it as a light source that makes her fight blindly instead? Is it because her first attack drained 99% of her power?

I would guess by looking at it, it doesn't provide enough light to fight by, but it does provide enough light to totally mess with dark vision. If Kheil's opponent is also fighting blind, it doesn't really help. Except, Kheil's opponent chose this setting to fight in, so it's highly likely that they *could* see in the dark before Kheil started fluctuating the light level like this. But now they just have a bunch of nasty spots in their eyes. Of course, if they're fighting by sonar or whatever that doesn't use their visible light spectrum, then well that's not so helpful.
