I'd guess Kheil feels haven't really had time to even think about that. I mean, yes, she's of an age where her body's automatically thinking about that stuff unless one is unwell or physically training so hard that stuff kind of shuts down due to the obvious higher priorities going on. However, one might want to mull over that second exception there.
