Hey all, sorry for the delay. This last several days have been terribad for my everything. I'm anchoring on a more structured work schedule, so I SHOULD have the next page out by like Sunday.

Hopefully you not only have more structure, but also some number of additional workers, because just like Tanni-Hal needs more people, it's clear that your team at work did, too. I don't think you've talked about your job all that much, but I do know that having a more structured work schedule only helps the work/life balance, not really the work stress level. Even if you have a good work/life balance, having bad work stress level is bad. Of course, just having the new people isn't enough - until the new people have enough training to effectively contribute, they don't actually help, apart from conveying the idea that there's light at the end of the tunnel, and it's not an oncoming train.

Haha, I appreciate that. Unfortunately my current setup where I basically have three jobs, doesn't allow me to have more than just me working on anyone thing. But I do hope to be able to make that a reality in the future ^^
