It's kinda crazy how easy it is to fall behind on these. I'm thinking I should start like... taking weekends off or something.

Anyway, lotta Kheil in this one haha

The theme seems to be "A display of floppy things" very cute

What do you mean "fall behind on these"? You can just draw fewer of them or skip them altogether if it becomes too much. Until now I thought that they're only meant as warm-up exercises for when you're getting ready to draw a page. If you don't need them, just skip them. They look nice and all, but there's no obligation to make them. Take the week-ends off instead. :-)

I don't know their perspective on this. I do know that some artists feel like they need to keep up with doing sketches of their characters, especially those that may not be active in their current work, and feel guilty if they let that slide. There are also some fans who aren't as chill as we are about their promised creator perks. My perspective is I'm paying for the comics that have already been produced and are still accessible. I like to think that they'll be more likely to continue to create because of my efforts, but I don't take creators off my list just because they go on hiatus. But I've heard some will drop their creator just because of some missed "patron benefits".
