Wtf? How the hell does she not know who Tanni-Hal is? Not knowing Z was weird enough, since he's head of security, but understandable if she considers him a terrorist, but not knowing the head of medicine as well looks like she's nothing more than hired muscle..... but she's the sports teacher. Isn't sports something where injuries happen? This goes beyond my ability of speculation, so contrats Ben for managing to do that to me for a second time. :-) The first time was of course my bewilderment as to why a fake Ken-Rho permit would have any hopes of working if Loksan can simply verify it with the government.

I'd say it's more like she feels it's especially significant in some manner. Antithesis is possible, but it also could be related to the bit where she was carrying the mediator to somewhere to be treated, or some other element of plot significance I'm not remembering or may not even know.

I was actually debating on whether to address that in dialog or not, so you've answered my question for me XD Thotzev knows the people she'd be directly in touch with at any given time, like the nurses and stuff. Tanni-Hal is on a much higher station with administrative work (though I'm sure she delegates a lot of it because she'd rather be a practitioner than a pencil pusher lol)
