I think that's a great compliment in general. ^^ I mean, if you're dressed well enough to e.g. attend a ball full of more or less corrupt politicians, then being stylish enough to mingle with the high-society crowd is a fine compliment. But I'm a guy and feminine women might think otherwise, I dunno. Also, the compliment Kheil gave is unique and therefore potentially way more honest than when women compliment each other with standard phrases (especially given that when it comes to dating they're actually often rivals, not allies).
