Ok and here I thought Fallan stole Kheil's phone while she wasn't looking, i.e. while the real Oz was leaving the room. But no matter what Fallan just did, if he did it to his own phone and if he isn't doing it as part of a mental struggle against the bad guys, then I have absolutely no clue what he could possibly be doing that he couldn't have done before entering the room. I am getting confused, but the good kind of confusion. :-) Also I am 90% certain that talking about the bullying is just stalling for time, while 10% says that it has something to do with the fact that she bullied the students under bad guys' control. Did Fallan by any chance just now summon all bullying-victims to pretend it's because she should apologize to all of them, but they're really planning on overpowering and putting her under the same mind control? But if that were the case, 1. how would they go about it? 2. why didn't Fallan do 99% of the tapping beforehand and only click the "send" button now? 3. aren't the students on Z's radar and thus under close surveillance by now, even with some cameras being hacked? And if the bad guys happened to include in their plans that they're sending some people of their team to capture Kheil, why would they need those students? As meat shields maybe?
