Broken Tier Access (Patreon)

Hi all! I got a message today saying that someone is unable to access content from the cheaper tiers, has anyone else had this issue? And if so, can you recall which posts you’ve had this issue on? Thank you! I am going through posts rn and trying to see what the issue is
