Decx

i didn't know this was coming, i'm so excited

Gilstead

SO EXCITED! Michael C. Hall is a fantastic actor.

Abby

You Just Made Everything Wonderful!

Locustki11er01

NO WAY! Since you guys are caught up on TWD (Minus Fear) I was worried about content but Dexter is another one of my all time favorite shows. Strap in guys this is gonna be one hell of a ride!

Michael

Tonight's the night.... 😈

Ray H

That was quick. Awesome 👏🏽

Pemo7216

dexter is a good show but you guys have to watch Sons of Anarchy after this show

Amber 💙

I'm so bitter that SOA didn't win. Maybe when Dexter is over 😕

Kim Magee

I'm going to give it a go

Kim Magee

Shame you guys didn't have an open tv show poll like movies

John Borek

I read this in his voice lol

Sasanak

Michael C. Hall was also in Six Feet Under. Another awesome series on HBO 2001-2005.

Emmy

Dexter is so good. Such a cool show and I really think you 2 will love it!

Lee

YAY SO EXCITED! I was actually just about to do a rewatch when I saw the poll. Looks like I’ll be watching with you guys!

Ellen Noir

Wait whaaa? I wasn't expecting this until after the 100! What a great surprise on a crappy day.

Michael

Who would have thought a serial killer could be so damn likeable! Love the questions of morality the show confronts it's viewers with with the protagonist being a serial killer. Sure he is taking out bad people but make no mistakes he is a monster. Michael C. Hall is AMAZING! One of my favourite TV performances of all time, fun fact after being cast Michael stalked people in the street in real life 😅 picked someone and followed them for as long as he could to get into character

American Mum Reacts

Dexter is such a unique idea; especially since he works with law enforcement His “sister” was married to the actor during this show! I’ve only seen it once, so I’m sure I’ll pick up on new things 💚💜

Ray H

Something you may not have noticed is that Lauren Vélez, the actress who play’s Dexter’s flirtatious boss, also does the voice for Rio Morales in the spiderverse movies.

makondan

I have tried to get in to this show 2 times but never really hooked me on (maybe because i opened the episode as a meal companion) but watching with you guys really hooked me can't wait for the rest.

Bradley Weeks

I've been hearing about this show for years. I'm not hooked yet, but I'm intrigued. We'll see how it goes.

Alyssa Dyson

Yay 😀 so excited for this rewatch with you guys

Alyssa Dyson

they took the most suggested over the years. Dexter probably would have won either way. 🤷🏼‍♀️

American Mum Reacts

I forgot that even tho this show is about a serial killer there’s a lot of humor in the dialogue 😏💚

kimburley

So so so excited to rewatch this with you both. !!!

James

It’s definitely a unique idea for a show with the main protagonist being an actual serial killer. I actually really like Dexter he’s a serial killer with standards one minute he’s talking with his girlfriend and her kids like a normal guy and then he’s chopping a person into pieces. I also like how they aren’t afraid to be brutal given the premise of the show, it seems like they’ll be showing some seriously dark things.

Zwopt

we will never lead y’all astray!! no need to be nervous🤞🏻

Anthony Fioravaniti

My daughter loved this show so much, she named her son Dexter. (side note her daughter is Annabelle.) I guess we're a little messed up 😂.

nellidex

I love Dexter as you can see it in my name 😬

Zwopt

you guys going from doing my favorite franchise ever and covering every show in it and doing one of my other favorites while that’s going, and as those are ending y’all do one of my other top shows ever is crazy, couldn’t be happier i found this channel when twd started💯

Stephanie Bedworth

This is quite a good show, for a while, anyway. Michael C Hall, the dude who plays Dexter, is in another show called Six Feet Under, which is wonderful and one of my favorites of all time.

Alliniea Reacts

Super excited you guys are watching this! This is one of me and my husband's favs! It is so epic! :D

Octavia

Love the duality of Dexter, love Deb, love the vibrant Miami setting. We've got a code... and some bad people to kill.

Andrew

Sweet! Such a good show

Thoma

Man, hearing the main theme music during the episode brought back the nostalgia. Michael C. Hall is an amazing character actor, and the whole cast is great. I'm looking forward to this.

McStick

oh my god my favorite show yes thank you so much

Jan T

I always felt conflicted about liking this show, but the writing and acting are just so good, it draws you in. Looking forward to watching it all again.

o.o

omg lets go, this is some good tv here

Alexander Biese

I practically screamed when I saw the notification say Dexter, I LOVE this show so much, and I love you guys, so I'm very excited for the future❤❤

LeBron's Burner

I think it's following the Walking Dead schedule, which would be 2x a week. At least I hope. :D

ln_wanderbooks

Absolutely, six feet under is amazing but nobody is reacting to it, I'm guessing not so many people have watched it so it's not requested. Let's hope, some day...

Tracy McMillan

So glad you guys liked it, you’re in for a ride!

ln_wanderbooks

Michael C Hall is a fantastic actor, he was also great in Six Feet Under. I wish we saw him in more things.

Agnes

Yay good times!!

Flopsi80

Yeah, Dexter is in the house! This is one of my favorite shows. And I like Dexter just taking the "trash" outside.😉 I knew you both would love this!😎

Flopsi80

Why you felt conflicted about this show?

Joe Lazarus

She's probably uncomfortable about the violence I'm guessing. Can't think of why else she would be conflicted..the show's awesome.

Joe Lazarus

Yes!! Six Feet Under is a hidden and forgotten gem.

Flopsi80

I didn't even think about this because for me it's normal to watch a lot of bloody stuff...😁 And I like to see Dexter taking the trash outside.😉

ShelleyAnn

I think they're planning to replace the 100 when it's finished with another sci-fi show x

ShelleyAnn

Oh great , I've just finished black sails and started Lost , probably get around to watching this in 2026 😂😂 joking of course , watching now for the first time! X

Michael Celia

Sometimes the most psychotic people come across as perfectly normal at first glance (think I had an ex like that) Also, every show should have a little Margo Martindale (Camilla, the files lady). She was great on The Americans (just puttin' that out there).

Lee Shafer

Yes this is gonna be a cool ride

Anna Möllervärn

I can relate. I named my cat Dexter after this character 😊

Anna Möllervärn

Dexter is here!! Good times!! Even named my cat Dexter 😼

kimburley

Just finished. So glad you liked it. It just gets better and better from this neat monster !!! 🤪

Cindy Clarkson

Six Feet Under was for me a perfect TV show with a perfect ending, long time before shows like Breaking Bad…

Cindy

I understand your conflict. It was made very clear in the first episode in his own words, his lack of empathy, failure to form emotional attachments, murder of animals and his ability to mimic "normal" behavior, that he is a violent psychopath. If he hadn't been guided by his adopted father, who knew what he was, to focus his murders on bad people, he would have simply chosen another group of people to murder. Dad knew that. However, I am fascinated with how the criminal mind works and I think that is what draws many people into his world.

Goldcrusty

Amazing reaction as always I am watching blind like you guys and it is very fun!

AlexH88

Can’t wait to watch this again with you guys. What days do they get released?

Neal Riggins

Excited to watch this with you guys. For some reason I stopped watching after season 1, even though I thought it was a good show. So it will be a good rewatch for season 1 and the first watch after that.

Deathhead

Me too, well, i only tried once, i don't have the food problem(i could eat during the witch scenes of Supernatural), but I cannot understand the character, you know, him being a psycho and all. Might be your problem as well. Breaking bad for example has an old teacher that feels he gave his best in life and feels betrayed, that i understand, I can see his point of view, but this, no.

Emily Rose

I love this show especially for summer. Dexter is a sociopath doesn’t feel remorse over murder but still wants control over his craft. It’s interesting for the audience to be rooting for a serial killer. His number one rule is don’t get caught

ln_wanderbooks

True, maybe it will come back to light in a few years if reactors start paying attention to it, it's such a deep show about life, and has the best ending I have ever seen.

Kel

Ooh this show is really great

Ecotono irrelevante

no waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay this is great.

Katie Young

Suuuchhhhh a dope surprise series yayyyyyy!!!

Katie Young

She was fantastic in Justified as well. AMAZINGGGG series!! I think it would be just up Rob & Trins alley as well. Great story telling, interesting setting and FABULOUSLY ACTED by a brilliant cast. If you haven't seen it it's DEFINITELY WORTH A WATCH. 😁

Katie Young

It will probably be a front runner when another show ends, people ( Me, lol I'm people 😉) will neverrrr get enough of SOA reactions. I've yet to see one that hasn't been hooked completely by ep 3 if not 1.

ROMAN.W

You got to watch like a good amount of episodes to get hooked on most shows . The first season episodes are always the worst because the writers etc are figuring everything out

Large Big79

Idk how Ive never heard of this show before now. 5 episodes in and its very good so far
