FTWD S8E7+8 Anton Iron Tiger FULL REACTION

Comments

Will

I can’t WAIT TO WATCH THESE WITH YOU GUYS. I love these two eps so much

Lui

Troy coming back is just a poor attempt at trying to win back old fans, it doesn’t make any sense. Loved the character but his time should’ve ended in S3.

Emily

Don’t know if I’m mentally prepared to watch Iron Tiger again…even though I think it’s the best ep of the season. Rest in Paradise, Charlie 🕊️ Also I loveeee Troy coming back! It’s the perfect way to end the series IMO!

IsaacTings

Troy coming back is the absolute best thing about this season, loved to see it.

Handsome_Man

Conveniently. I forgot which episode of Fear it was, but I recall Rob mentioning the potential for Madison to return… before saying to imagine Troy returning however likely being improbable. That same week, Troy literally returns when the episode airs live. I’ve always wanted to let Rob know his accuracy in predicting the future AGAIN.

Lores

This is why the show should have never switched focus from the original characters. This back half feels more like a continuation of season 3, but it being in season 8 feels oddly placed and makes more sense if it had continued from season 3.

James

TROY!!! You guys have been saying what if Troy showed up since season 4 you are both psychic. I don’t know what Maddison was expecting she knows the person Troy is and sent her anyway and of course Charlie would say yes to her. RIP Charlie, I’m happy Daniel still has someone It would be so much worse if he had no one

AndyBobandy

Having the old crew back madison and troy is great. They never should of left the show in the first place. I'm giving these episodes a second watch and I'm glad to see you guys are enjoying them. I am to the second time around.

JustJordan

I don’t blame Madison for how she felt against Charlie, but RIP Charlie, Troy coming back makes no sense imo

Anthony Fioravaniti

Omg, I have been waiting for this moment ever since that day. I was laughing soooo hard. One of the reasons I love you guys is your wild ability to predict such things. 😂

Anthony Tucceri

Well I Guess Every Walking Dead Show Needs 1 Last Villain

Anthony Tucceri

Or Start Of Season 4 But With Morgan Thrown In It

JustJordan

True but they could’ve just had a new villain instead

Anthony Tucceri

Well They Mind As Do Back To Back The Next 2 Wednesday's Too To Finish The Final 4 Episodes AKA Episodes 110-113 Overall.

FedeM

I looove to see Daniel Sharman (Troy) back! He adds so much to ANY show he's in. And the crew back together? I'm in for these last few episodes!!

Rob & Trin tell me, HOW was Madison's fault was that she nearly killed Troy back at the dam, and not Troy's fault that he was bringing a horde to the ranch, and Madison wanted to kill him after that. She gave so many chances for Troy). By the way Charlie deserved what she got. She was a child when she killed Nick, AND? What interesting that Judith doesn't kill anyone who you like. I "love" some characters who did really bad things Victor, Troy they talk about second chances like they were given only 1 chance, but the two of them is were getting about 5-6 chances.

MSephiroth

First off, they never gave anyone a pass for anything really. But they did judge every situation and every person on a separate basis. Strand got plenty of shit for what he did. And Charlie they blamed for quite a while before even acknowledging the kid thing, but just brought up that part because of how everyone was just blindly yelling for her death, just because it was a character people liked. Even the actress getting harassed for something the actor for Nick decided himself that he wanted to leave. Also, Rob and Trin were massive Madison fans, so the only thing they just did was say that Madison had a part to play in Troy's actions and had some blame in it. They didn't say that Troy wasn't at fault or anything. And frankly, Madison WAS to blame for most of Troy's actions during season 3, which is why I dislike season 3 personally. She completely manipulated him from the very beginning that she found out about his mommy issues, placing herself in a position to manipulate him. She gave him a free pass when he killed that family that did nothing wrong but just saw the warning signs at the ranch. And then when later on Troy was finally starting to get better and had Nick's back more than Madison ever did for either of her kids, she finds out what her actions led Troy to do, and she just tries to kill him instead of actually taking responsibility for any of it? Only to then later on do exactly the same thing again? I mean, people forgave Carl for shooting an innocent kid that was dropping his gun, because they liked him, also saying that he was just a kid, but then for CHarlie that doesn't apply, because of character bias? When she lost the people that took care of her, that saved her life, and she instantly regretted what she did after she shot Nick. Not her fault she's one hell of a shot, lol. And if you are really then so much about this whole thing of wanting to give everyone the same amount of criticism and fault, then where's all of it for Madison beyond Troy? Smothering Nick and never listening to him on where his addiction actually came from? And just doing the same over and over again, even when Alicia and Travis told her to listen to him? Or the emotional abuse that Alicia had to go through from Madison where she repeatedly had to remind Madison that she also existed and not only Nick was her kid? How her obsession with Nick indirectly led to the death of Ofelia, Travis, and more? Yeah, Strand did a lot of shit wrong, and I still think they should have killed him off in season 7, but that guy still in his good times did more good than Madison ever did. Troy did a lot of wrong, and I love the actor, but never liked the character, just the potential there, but all that potential of a redemption arc and seeing more of his character and bond with Nick, Madison took away so that she didn't have to actually face the consequences of manipulating a mentally broken kid with an abusive father, that had a void left by the death of his mother that she took full advantage of. Something she's so good at, since she manipulated everyone around her, and then got Charlie killed after years and years of making up for it and suffering from radiation sickness that you shouldn't wish on anyone, just because Nick was a character you liked? You say Madison gave so many chances to Troy, but she only gave him those chances, to then manipulate him more and play him more to her hand and take advantage of him, and then dropped his ass the first chance she had that left him feeling betrayed and get the horde to the ranch. Does that mean Troy was innocent? Absolutely not, but without Madison, I truly believe Troy would not have done that. You also can't compare Judith and Charlie AT ALL, the only thing that they had in common was being kids, but there is more that had Charlie earn her redemption. Either way, most importantly, keep in mind that is just a show. It is just fiction. And Rob and Trin only watch it ONCE, their first time, where they try to take in as much as possible, and they watched the rest of this show because people kept begging them to do so, then 90% of them stopped watching, and they still kept watching it because they were invested and wanted to finish the show for the characters. And if you watchd the reactions as well, you know that the death of Nick broke them to the point where an entire reaction video that would have happened that same day, didn't happen, because of how hard that death hit them, and they still gave Charlie a fair chance and looked at it objectively. A lot of people could learn from that. That's just my take on what you're asking and saying though. Do with it waht you want of course. Have a good day, and I hope it answers some of your questions.

No point in trying to build a story and narrative and structure of a whole new villain with 6 episodes left. Troy was really the only one that made sense. Maybe Proctor John but they would've needed way more episodes to connect the dots from the Dam to now. Troy's motivation was easy to summarize and show cuz he just wanted to track down Madison and either hurt or impress her etc.

Reavezz

Blaming all of Troy's actions on Madison as well as blaming Ofelia's death on Madison are both so strange and wrong. Troy was a literal PSYCHO murdering brown people who came over the Mexico border just for fun and to time their transition to walkers. He also slaughtered that poor innocent family that tried to leave the ranch. None of that was Madison. She tried to corral him back to reality but that was never gonna happen. Otto had to die or Walker wouldve killed everyone on that ranch including her kids, so she actually helped by killing Otto. Jake's death was all Troy's fault, the loss of the ranch was Troy's fault for bringing a massive herd, none of that was inspired by or told by Madison. And Ofelia's death has absolutely NOTHING to do with Madison. She tried her best to get her to Daniel before she passed but Ofelia died trying to save people at the ranch from TROY'S HERD. Madison wasn't even there at the time she was trying to save everyone yet again by getting more water! I love all your reactions but this one you guys didn't really think through. You just heard Daniel say it at the end of the episode and rolled with it without processing what actually happened. Madison has a lot of blame and mistakes trust me but she is not to blame for Troy's actions nor Ofelia's death.

Mihai Lita

You're literally avoiding all the actual negative actions which Madison did and ended up killing Nick and Charlie so your point makes zero sense.
