Even as a Hannah lover, I really thought she was bullshitting and manipulating Dexter this episode, exactly because she didn’t look scared before. It was a pleasant surprise to see her telling the truth.

Hate to break it to ya but you're wrong. There was a change up in the opening credits after Harrison was born. There was the "lack of sleep/slightly off" opening.

Great episode as usual. While what’s happening to Hannah was horrible she is still a manipulative cruel person that needs to be put onto the table. She’s not trustworthy whatsoever I can’t feel safe if she’s around. I don’t like that they killed Cassie not so much that I liked Cassie but because I wanted to like Zach but him doing that was just too much. The storyline with Masuka is really entertaining too I like seeing him get a more serious role. Seeing him trying to be a dad was really wholesome especially because of the type of guy Masuka is.

I think the clues about her telling the truth, were that she didn't tell Miles "everything" about Dexter and she didn't tell him about Harrison (which is a subtle way of showing that she was trying to protect him).
