This show originally streamed on Netflix so all episodes were dropped at the same time. The premiere apparently was well-viewed, but then there was an immediate dropoff...so presumably many people were meh about it. At least part of that had to be because the actual Iron Fist doesn't "show up" until the end of the second episode.

Two good episodes. Thanks. 😊

Very cool to see more mention of the hand it seems like we’re building up to something with that story. Also interesting to see Danny’s actual powers coming into play. Goddamn Hogarth shows up, where’s Claire!!!

James

Kind of is spoilery since they go into movies without knowing casting or anything

Ok I'll delete it

i enjoyed watching iron fist as much as the other Netflix shows - yes i liked the punisher the most, but all the shows are very much entertaining. And i really liked Jessica Henwick in this.

Tribaahl .

was nice to watch this show again, the chemistry betwen Danny and Coleen is great

Gonna be honest here. This show was the first thing that Marvel ever made that made me want an apology. I say this meaning no disrespect as I know the show as has a lot of fans. This simply isn’t the Iron Fist from the comics, I character that I loved. I've found that I often need to disregard the source material for a some marvel characters. When I can do that here, the show is much more enjoyable than the first time I tried to watch it. I really think Jessica Stroup and Tom Pelphrey (Joy and Ward Meachum) are the strongest characters in the show. Pelphrey's portrayal of Ward's journey in this show is incredible. Jessica Henwick and David Wenham ( Faramir) are also both excellent.

I'm one of the minority that liked this show. It 100% has its flaws, but I'm able to seperate my love for the comic version and this more grounded version. There was a ton of drama when Finn was cast which hurt a lot of peoples opinions of the show from the get go, but I think he's just fine. Joy and Ward are probably the two most interesting and dynamic characters in the whole Netflix side of the MCU. They're just so hard to get a read on and change like chameleons throughout the show. Glad you guys are enjoying the first watch!
