As someone who has been watching Dexter since season 1 first aired back in 2006, this episode is one of the better dexter episodes in the last 15 years, hell, it maybe be one of the best episodes on dexter ever. They always loved getting a bigger name to play the killer/antagonist, but they certainly went all out this time, the cast is just loaded. Harrison's actor leveled up as well. I didn't care much for his performance in new blood, but he's been great in this so far. Having Batista back also just warms the soul, and him now playing an antagonistic role is so insane, but also very fitting. Angel loved Dexter, he's pretty much the last of the old miami guard. (Quinn and Masuka don't count lol) There'll be a lot of emotion if they finally have a major confrontation. Also, Lowell acted like he was trying to say something as he died. I have a sneaking suspicion he knew something dexter doesn't.

I love how Dexter has 2 very specific types. Women who look like Rita, or women who look like Lila. lmao, I do love Mia so far. I'm curious if she'll be the new Hannah McKay so to speak (speaking of Hannah, I do kinda wish we got more about her from Harrison. After all, tho Rita was Harrison's birth mom, Hannah raised Harrison through the years that he could actually remember; she is also his mother. Both Harrison & Dexter lost their birth mothers to murder, then their mothers to cancer. It's something they very uniquely have in common and I'd love to see a conversation about it, tho I doubt we'll get it). I love that they're getting Dexter back to basics, while able to not undo all the character growth he has had since s1. It's fun to see. And I loved Lowell's reaction upon hearing Dexter call himself the Bay Harbor Butcher. Lowell knew they were all fucked. After all, letting in a serial killer of murderers into a serial killer secret society is a really really bad idea.

This episode was so good!!! Loving Mia so far and I am pretty sure she’ll be the only one to survive Dexter’s table. It’s funny to know that Dexter as The Bay Harbor Butcher would have never been invited to Prater’s diner so he still has to pretend being someone else while experiencing something he needed

This cast is insanity, Uma Thurma, Peter Dinklage, JESSICA JONES, Amazing. I love the serial killer museum seeing his blood slides and the ice truck killer stuff. I think they found the true romance choice for Dexter, Mia and him already have great chemistry. Now Harrison and Dexter are reunited it’s so good. I really hope angel can leave this alone every single person who has tried to catch Dexter has ended up dead

the guest stars for this season were so dope ! Eric Stonestreet (Al/ The Ponytail Guy) played a main role in Modern Family. The way I screamed when I saw he was in this !🥹 but same for Krysten Ritter and the others. Very star packed season ! At first I was worried this might take me out of the show tbh but naahh it still works just as well!
