It is significant to me that Louis Cioffi is the editor again as he edited the first 5 seasons of Dexter. Also, the voice of the tape of the Ripper is voiced by Scott Reynolds, one of the executive producers. He did the official "Wrap up" videos from season 7 through new blood on you tube and I've heard his voice ALOT. I don't know if it's the writing or Peter Dinklage's acting but Prater is such a fascinating character. He has this warm friendly face but you can tell there's a danger to him too. Very intrigued as to where this is going.

In another timeline, the character Leon Prater could be an alternate version of Bruce Wayne. A version who didn't become Batman, but developed completely differently after the trauma of losing his parents. He's just as rich as Bruce Wayne.

Calling it now, the landlord is the New York Ripper, and Harrisons collegue is gunna get caught up in that, the victims could have been related to her looks wise.

One of the best seasons of Dexter so far! I’m hoping the ending wraps it up in a satisfying way and would prefer to see Batista make to next season too!

I’m loving this show so much. I am praying that Angel just backs off man every time he’s on screen I just say “Angel please stop” that pony tail killer video was sick, the way he was giggling while choking a woman to death was crazy. I think if Charlie finds out about Dexter he might unironically be on his side she already hates the serial killers

The « surprise hermano » by Angel had the same effect that the « surprise motherf^%#* » by Doakes 😂. Loving this season, each episode is better than the previous. I can’t wait to see what will happen with Prater. I absolutely love this character. Even Charlie grew on me 🥳.

Dexter does it all the time whenever he rings up the police or whatever 🧐 There's a reason the writers have put in the landlord. I may be wrong on that bit, but Harrisons friend is definitely going to be a potential victim and has to be saved or something 🤔

I know they want me to forget that Harrison severly injured & framed that kid as a school shooter (when he had not done anything but drawings) in New Blood... but I haven't. Also.. Dexter is completely stupid to start up the slides again. Even leaving them on the counter when he ran upstairs after realizing that Angel was up there. Not smart at all.

It's weird to me that Harrison thinks he's alone, besides Dexter... but they never mention that he shared a mother with Astor and Cody, his sister and brother.

the scene in the car between Angel and Dexter went so hard, holy shit. 10/10 moment from the show for me. And for the love of all that's evil I just cannot with Rapunzel😭 Eric Stonestreet plays it so damn well but as I have recently finished the entirety of Modern Family I just can't but love him! All I can see is Cam 🥹 Stil not entirely sure If I will watch the HBO Harry Potter when it comes out but either way It's gonna be a tough one with that one as well since Trinity (Jon Lithgow) will play Dumbledore fml😂
