Sinners and weapons are great. Sad The Lighthouse and Barbarian didn’t make it. The Lighthouse is a masterpiece and Barbarian is sensational.

There's only 2 I didn't vote for, lol. I almost didn't vote for Misery. I googled the synopsis, and I like the female lead, am familiar with the male lead and it's sounds very, very similar to a Family Guy episode so I did end up voting for it 😂

Im definitely not a die-hard horror fan but if it sounds interesting and performs well, why not, ya know? This was on my personal list for October bc word of mouth was decent. I hadn't heard anyone say it wasn't horror yet so Im intrigued to see what they mean.

IMDB reads it is horror. I won't say which type of horror so not to give anything away. But, looks like a movie with substance as well as great acting so I will vote for it. Not just a gore fest like some of the others on this list.

Sinners is one of the best movies of the entire year. Most critics agree. Of course, you might not personally like it, but that doesn't change the fact that it was simply incredibly well-received. You shouldn't always try to badmouth movies just because you personally don't like them. Your personal opinion doesn't always have to agree with the majority, but you have to acknowledge that this film was incredibly well-received this year.

I always form my own opinions about movies and always watch them myself. I go to the cinema very often, and I've seen most of the films listed here in the polls. The critics are absolutely right about Sinners; I can only agree with them. There hasn't been a single reaction to a movie here that I haven't seen before. That's what makes the reaction so exciting for me, because I can see how others react to it and what their opinions are.

Horror alone wasn't the goal for this month either. Rob wrote this: "Doesn't have to be only horrors, can also suggest a movie with a Halloween vibe." Wicked definitely counts among those.
