Alien Romulus 2024 FULL REACTION

The offspring in the end was played by a 7'7 former basketball player Robert Bobroczkyi

I really hope there is a follow up movie with Andy and Rain. I was immediately invested in these two characters. The actor playing Andy did such a great job with the different stages that Andy goes through. Something about his face makes me want to give him a big hug. Speaking of faces and hugs. Those facehugger chase scenes are the stuff of nightmares.

This film was a love letter to Alien fans. The director himself is a huge fan of Alien: Isolation and even included several Easter eggs from the game. He also confirmed on Reddit that the cousin, Bjorn, is the father of Kay’s baby. A direct sequel to Romulus has been confirmed, though it will have a different director. Additionally, a series titled Alien: Earth just finished last month.

Seeing this in the cinema on release day was such a joy! Easily 3rd best in the franchise after the first 2 in my opinion

Theres also this series called Alien earth 1 season 8 episodes and its great if you are alien fan and it connects to the movies as a prequel.

Probably one of if not the best use of zero gravity in a science fiction film. And I like how the sound suddenly cut out after she vented the cargo hold, cause you know...in space...no one can hear you scream.

Loved this film, but wish they’d have eased up a bit on mirroring the other movies near the end. There was so much about it that was original while completely aligned to the universe, that got a little lost in the recycling/homages to the others. Still amazing and hope Marvel will steal the director for something cool.

I liked this okay. But it's basically a teen slasher (I know they are older than teens) in the Alien universe. I feel like they had to make them all young in order to justify all of their stupid behavior. I enjoyed the homages to the past movies... until it went too far. There was zero reason for anyone to reuse Ripley's most iconic line.
