yeah but our pics always try to fill in some blanks if we see a lot of people asking for something (even over time). Just pop what you were wanting in the comments and we can try to help. Might not be instant but we can have more of a chance to please as many as possible, we know polls can be tricky so we added the pics to help with it 💕 Breaks our heart to see anyone unhappy and no idea how we can even think of helping.

It would be cool to have categories that narrows down the quality. Here are some category suggestions that could help: • A24 films • Films from the Criterion Collection • Films from Letterboxd’s Top 250 Feature Films List. • Films from Wikipedia’s ‘Art Horror’ list. • Critically acclaimed films (has an Oscar nomination) • Films from New York Times top 100 films of the decade list. • Director spotlights (Denis Villeneuve, Christopher Nolan, Martin Scorsese, …). You could do Robert Eggers + Jordan Peele + Ari Aster + Alex Garland as a combined group of elevated horror directors.

I get what you are saying, but just for the record though, R&T did say this in the December Suggestions post: "Since we had 2 months of heavier themed movies we would like to have a lighter month for the holiday season. We have seen quite a few actual Christmas movies so we decided to widen the field a little." Its good suggestions though.

It would have been nice to have at least one of the Christmas themed movie win through. Narnia is the only choice close to the spirit of the season. Pity that While You Were Sleeping didn’t make it. At least it’s set at Christmas. I think adding Fairytale/Fantasy genre films to Christmas themed movies next year would be a better fit for the season. We only get Christmas once a year. Just a suggestion. 🙂 🌲🎅🏻

I agree with tightening the requested genres. I’d love to see a month of Best Picture Oscars winners. An acclaimed director’s spotlight month is a good idea too. People have basically ignored the clear intention of Rob and Trin’s request for this month. Films like the fiftieth Fast and Furious movie can be watched at any other time of year.

Alright, now that we're getting Grown Ups out of the way, maybe we can move on to the better Sandler films now? The fact that they're watching Grown Ups before Waterboy, Little Nicky, Big Daddy, Mr. Deeds, Wedding Singer, 50 First Dates, Billy Madison, and I'll even throw Bulletproof in the pile is a little sacrilegious against the Sandler cult.

They've seen 50 First Dates but yes to all of these!!!! Esp Little Nicky and Big Daddy! Thanks for including Bulletproof - nobody ever does! I grew up watching Billy Madison and Happy Gilmore. Those are so nostalgic for me!

Loved it, it did not get a lot of votes in the past but it looked interesting so I watched it. Trin might not have watched it so if people do not mind that then maybe one day we can do a 50 first dates reaction in the future. Lot of tears from me anyway 😂

I used to love this movie and watched it all the time. Nothing wrong it now, of course, I just haven't seen it in YEARS like maybe even 10. I remember most parts pretty well but that ONE scene in the backyard is comedy GOLD and I still use one particular meme from that scene to this day. I'd love to rewatch it here.

Genuinely, thank you so much! Adam Sandler can be "too" goofy and over the top sometimes but it's part of his charm. This is was not one of those times. I love that he and Drew Barrymore have done multiple things together and have a really great friendship outside of acting together. They're still close to this day. If you ever come across an interview of one of them speaking about the other, give it watch. It's so wholesome 💕 If Trin hasn't seen it, Im sure noone would mind you tagging along while we watched!
