YOU MAY VOTE FOR MORE THAN ONE! Top 4 will make it to the second poll (only 2 polls before the final). We have seen "Frozen" so it was not added to the poll, would have mentioned it if we had noticed it on the list. We have many more movies for poll 2 so do not worry if you do not see your suggestions in this one 💕

Training day BETTER win

Linda Wightman

I went for a oldie but a goldie one flew over the cuckoo's nest.

Josip Buretić

Uh to many good movies on that list 😆

Amber 💙

Fingers crossed for The Blind Side but I'd settle for Training Day. Hard pass on everything else.

Devin

Hoping for The Hateful Eight 🙏

Forty

Voting for Encanto, easily my favorite Disney film since the Renaissance era. It's gorgeous, super heartwarming, funny, and the soundtrack is absolutely incredible.

Nina

This is the best poll in months.

fanda kroupa

I hope hateful eight is gonna make it 🙏

Miss Buji

Life of Pi is a masterpiece. I hope you get to watch it.

Crusader

The Whale should be one of them that wins, Its an incredible performance and Underrated

Tay

Now that I see Training Day on the poll, I want that to win

Stephanie Bedworth

RIP, Crash. I know you’re not gonna make it but maybe one day.

Abby

PAN ❤️

Jenny Lee Villanueva

Slumdog Millionaire, Crash, Encanto, Chicago for my top 4 💜💜 but many amazing ones to chose from 😁

Jenny Lee Villanueva

Maybe they'll chose it 🤞🏾 so many known actors too 😊

AnGeLuS

My personal picks for this round. There are just too many! ^^ The Color Purple, Pan's Labyrinth, Blade Runner 2049, Philadelphia, The Whale, Spotlight (everyone should see this one!) Training Day, 12 Years a Slave. Absolutely great movies on this list. I'm just not as keen on the animated ones.

blorgins

Holy STACKED poll

Michele G

Not many people react to Slumdog and its such a great movie !!

Shabaqo

I would love to see them watch slumdog millionaire fingers crossed they pick it themselves

Tyrone Tyrone

You wanna go to jail or you wanna go home? Because we don't talk about Bruno.

Leah Evans

Please vote American sniper! It’s a war classic! One of the best.

WhatRabbitHole?

My list isn’t that different. Yeah, the second I saw the animated films on the list, I knew we would get them in the end. These are supposed to be great movies. It really is a great list of choices this month.

WhatRabbitHole?

Slumdog Millionaire is so different than anything they've done. It would be great to see it again. Such an amazing movie.

WhatRabbitHole?

Hoping to see Life of Pi. This movie is based on the book that Frank Castle and David Lieberman both read after Charlie described it to Pete (Frank). A wonderful, imaginative, artful and moving movie.

Cindy

Yes, Spotlight is so very well done and all the awards they won well deserved. I think it may be the subject matter people find bothersome, but you are right, everyone should see this one.

Flopsi80

So many good movies! I voted for 7, my record.🙂

Flopsi80

I suggested it a few times before. They have to watch it.❤

Terri

Rough month for me. I'm not a huge fan of the award winners usually. I think they often let the better movies pass in favor of style of film making. However, Sense and Sensibility is great. Not sure if you two will like it or not, but it's a solid movie.

Katie Young

Hamilton didn't make it AGAIN?!? 😢 Thought this may be the one it at least moves to 2nd round lol. It was up there in votes last I looked.

Octavia

Not this time, but 'Sense & Sensibility' will have its day. Gotta run out of other options eventually. I think folks (who haven't seen it) would be surprised by how much they'd actually enjoy it. Love the criteria for this poll... it's actually quite broad.

Stephanie Bedworth

I’m sad to see how few votes it’s got. Such a good movie and probably my favorite of the Austin adaptations. The mini series was good, too.

Stephanie Bedworth

Yeah, animated movies typically don’t do much for me but I know a lot of people are into them. I have a handful that I do love but they tend to be darker stories, like When the Wind Blows.

Stephanie Bedworth

I blame this movie for starting my Michael Pena obsession.

Uncle George

We absolutely have to get o brother in here. It misses nearly every poll. 🤣

ShelleyAnn

Theres still another poll , the post literally says if your option isnt in this one it may be in poll 2. Be patient

Anatol

Unless i'm mistaken it won many awards but no Oscar, Golden Globe or BAFTA?!

Stephanie Bedworth

Anatol is right. It was nominated for a few Golden Globes but didn't win and the Academy wouldn't nominate it for anything since it's a live stage recording. I'm assuming it was the same for BAFTA since it wasn't nominated for anything there either.

AnGeLuS

I like many of the older animated films, such as Mrs. Brisby and The Secret of NIMH. I also know When the Wind Blows. It deals with a tough subject, but it's well done. Or Watership Down.

AnGeLuS

I can recommend another animated film that's a bit darker. Felidae (1994). It's a horror/mystery film with cats.

Rob & Trin React!

Yeah it was not on the list of "most liked" So i guess Anatol looked into it and it was not valid this time 🙈

Kamanda Hickey

I missed that poll but i hope that they have a chance to watch Encanto. Such a beautiful movie.
