I hate it when shows introduce a character only to kill them off in the same episode. At least Nikki and Paulo lasted a few episodes before they were off'ed. My theory: the whole town is actually in the snow globe of a young child and his imagination is coming up with everything...or has that been done?

This is my 4th rewatch. 🤣 at the end of every season I have a rewatch to see what fits together. The foreshadowing is insane in this show

I can already see what’s coming next. Sooner or later, there’s going to be a pregnant woman on this show. It would fit right into the scenario. And the baby can talk to fish.

This show is so good!! The world that it’s building up is so interesting and the theories in my head are going wild from it. GIANT SPIDERS? Hell no, I’m going right back to town after seeing those webs, I’d rather deal with the monsters. Why is a lighthouse in the middle of the forest? Finding where they sleep? So many questions, can’t wait for next week!

This really is Lost Jr. Just with northern wilderness vibes instead of tropical. I mean... rain = an ominous turn. Check. And a random lighthouse?! Check. (If there's a dial in there with, well, you know... ) Sara is one of my favorite characters so far. I like to think that Boyd has realized that he shouldn't judge Sara. To do so would also mean judging his wife... who also murdered a bunch of people. Smart move for the writers to subtlety allow for this comparison. At least Sara seems to be a legitimate conduit... who suffers for it. Jade is probably the most dynamic character around. He cracks me up... he's smart & a smartass... and he has depth of heart, too. I still don't like Jim though. I find him annoying. Part of that may be because of his stringy, greasy hair. Someone hand that man a bottle of shampoo.

I'm reacting to lost now to me there was to many flash back even tho it's great its just to many

While I agree that there were probably a couple of unneeded flashbacks... Lost is more deeply a 'characters on a journey' kind of show. The more we know their past & present, the more invested we are in them, the more their arcs hit. (For example, most character deaths in From... with 1 exception... don't get to me at all. I just don't know them that well.) Not sure where you are with Lost... but I consider the end of S3 thru S5 to be the most amazing stretch. And S4 - S6 are shorter... and move at a faster pace. Keep enjoying!

I'm on s5 12 and the reason y I don't like alot of flash backs is because I like a story to progress and they could've pushed the story forward then after a couple episodes started from the beginning of how all the main characters ending up on the island don't get me wrong I love the show but lost is the first and hopefully the last show I watch on my react journey that does flash backs every episode for 4 seasons in my opinion it is unnecessary and at the end of season 4 now we need spoiler warning now we getting flash forward lol

But at least they changed it up in a couple of different ways though... after S3. Maybe it's generational because I grew up with all shows having 24+ episodes every season. Which means there is always filler. But I do think that those who are most satisfied with Lost in the end... know it's truly about the characters over the plot mysteries. 'From' seems the exact opposite of that.
