This trilogy is great. Yeah its a little cliché and corny at times and if I had a nickel for each time Janson had his gun drawn and could've just shot and killed any of them I'd be a rich man. It kind of makes you wonder how these villain's even became the biggest threat. But besides that the cast is great, it has many memorable scenes, characters, and imagery. I think watching this again with you guys made me decide to read the book series which currently has 8 freaking books! the most recent 3 being a sequel trilogy set 73 years later. there's also 2 prequel books, one with Thomas before his memories were wiped, and another about the rise of WCKD.

There was a three year gap between the second and third movie. Dylan O’Brien was seriously injured while filming the first scene when he was hit by a vehicle.
